Detailed, professional, timely, and just plain amazing. We have used and entrusted the Next Gen Inspections Family with our family’s real estate ventures for years now and they have always exceeded our expectations. We have used them on multiple occasions and each time they have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are aware of any open concerns or issues. They have responded to our numerous questions and helped us through each inspection process as well as shared possible improvements to get the best out of our properties. I hired Nexgen again for another home inspection. This is the 2nd time this year I have used them. Just like the first time, the service and inspection report were outstanding. Johnathon did a great job and took time once again to answer all my questions about the report.

To give you a sense of how he works, I will share this with you.

We had a 12-4pm inspection appointment. He showed up on time just like he did before. The first thing he did was do a full roof inspection. During that time, there was no rain. After completing the full roof inspection, he proceeded to inspect the rest of the house. After several hours, he was just wrapping up the last part of the inspection when the rain started. He had already done his roof and attic inspection. It was late in the afternoon, hot, and humid. Instead of leaving (since he had already done the roof and attic inspection), he took more pictures/videos of the roof and crawled back up into the hot attic to take pictures and videos so that we could really see what was happening when it rained.

At the end of a long work day I don’t know many people who would have done that. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs an inspection. They are the best.

Jonathan Luis of NexGen Home Inspections, Inc.came to my house to conduct a 4 Point Home Inspection and Wind Storm Mitigation. He was on time, thorough and professional. The process was stress free. I would certainly recommend him or his company.

I loved doing business with this company. I actually found them because I had made an offer on a previous house and the owner realtor sent me a copy of their house inspection and it was incredibly complete and detailed. When I purchased my house (a different property) I contacted them to do the pre-inspection on the property and it was really professional, I had a few questions and the inspector called me back on the same day and answered all the questions an really helped me out.

I'm a first time home buyer and very new to this process. I hired NexGen for a 4 point and Wind Mitigation Inspection. I called them the day before and they were available to come right out 24 hours later. I then received my reports less than 12 hours after that. I was super impressed with their professionalism and turn around time. The inspector also took the time to explain any issues he found with me and how that might effect my insurance. I would defiantly recommend this company.

I HIGHLY recommend NexGen Home Inspections. Cecilia and Jonathan were so accommodating to our last-minute requests, change in appointments and were always happy to answer any questions (we had about 100) when it came to reviewing the home inspection. If 6 stars were possible, I’d give them that rating. Jonathan was extremely thorough and saved us from buying a money pit. Used them again on our second try. Cece in the office was great as well. Overall a great experience, highly recommended.
