I had brought my car in for a Ceramic coating maintenance and paint chip touch up painting. I sat outside for and hour after my appointment time. They emailed me instead of just calling me that they had a staff meeting and they would be late to the shop. I had the car detailed. When I picked up the car I noticed it looked the same as if I just washed it. The painting of the chipped paint looked ok, until a couple days later the paint came off one of the chips. There were scuff marks on the car to. I called Melissa at the office. She apologized and told me Mike would call me to set up a time to fix the problems. He never called me.

Great company, did my yearly ceramic coating detail, jeep came out perfect. Great customer service. They will be doing all my vehicle’s detailing needs.

I needed to get my 2006 Toyota Solara convertible detailed. I found Next Level detailing on the web. Went over to speak to Mike and show him the car. He told me exactly what they would do to the car. I chose to have a ceramic coating applied after they did a paint correction on the car.
When I went to pick up the car to say I was happy was an understatement.
I was THRILLED at the outcome. It came out gorgeous!

Although I normally wash and wax my car myself, I decided to have the car professionally detailed. I called a couple of places, but Mike at Next Level Detailing in Fort Myers struck me as honest and knowledgeable.

Mike asked me to bring the car to his shop and he would take a look at it and make a few suggestions. I was very impressed with the place.clean, professional looking and with all the right equipment for a high end detailing company.

After spending an hour there, Mike made a suggestion as to what he would do if it was his car and it seemed to make a lot of sense to me. I committed to having the work done and we agreed on a date and time.

I dropped the car off on a Thursday evening, picked it up first thing Saturday and I hardly recognized my own car. The paint sparkled like it the car was just painted! All the swirls were gone, the blemishes removed and the interior was spotless. I honestly could not have asked more from Mike and his crew. The car left his shop with me being a very satisfied customer.

To show you what kind of guy Mike is, he asked me to stop by on 6/18/20, so he could show me the proper technique to washing my car and maintaining the paint.
