8 Yesterday, 12/6/22 I returned a Delta Shower Bar Kit that was missing the (2) cover tubes for the mounting brackets. I had just opened the box that was sealed with tape so I know it was new from the factory. I went to Victor who sold the shower mixer, diverter, hand spray nozzle bar kt and shower head that cost over $1000 to my client at my recommendation. Victor then to my complete surprise accused me of lying, quote "all you have to do is admit you lost them and I would have replaced them". I told Victor that I did not lie, that the box was sealed with tape, and that I did not appreciate being called a liar. Victor then stated, "well I replaced the parts for you didn't I? " It will be a very cold day in hello before I go back to Next Plumbing.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The person I had the displeasure of interacting with literally went out of his way to be rude. Ended up ordering what I needed from amazon for 1/3 of the price. I would thank him for saving me money but he doesn’t even deserve that.
