I would like to commend Nextech on a wonderful conference and for bringing on Touch MD. The platform seems amazing, but we have not implemented it as of yet since we are currently in the process of being trained. I would like to personally thank Tyler Terry, the Touch MD representative who went out of his way during the busy conference to accommodate our schedule. He was kind and courteous and even stayed after the conference to assure that all of our questions were answered. He is a true asset to both Touch MD and to Nextech. Thanks again Tyler!

This company purchased TOUCH MD which I have been litigating my refund from for the past 10 months of $8000, and now will not refund my money. When you purchase another company you also purchase their liabilities. Now I see why TOUCH MD would not grant my refund after not providing service to my small business and stealing this money. They were only waiting to liquidate the company and never pay me back. DO NOT TRUST EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES

I am a Plastic Surgeon in a mid sized city, private practice. I have used Nextech for almost a decade. Do your research, service is horrible. Our system goes down 3-5 times a week and it is very difficult to get IT help. I feel like they cater to large offices and once you are locked in its almost impossible to change. It just keeps getting worse.
