Barbara and Skip are great. Both are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Barbara is smiling while talking to you on the phone, you can tell. Skip knows about hearing aids & shares his knowledge with you. And he is fun to talk to. I look forward to more visits and learning more about my new hearing aids.
