I met Marie Drew in early 2019, and she began to manage my rental property in St Pete, FL. I live in TX, and Marie was my only contact inFL. Whenever repairs were needed, she always obtained several quotes first, and arranged for the repairs to be performed quickly. She is always responsive to my calls/texts, and continually makes me feel supported and appreciated.

In 2021, I decided to sell my inherited property, a new of course counted on Marie to act as my realtor. Again, she arranged for contractors to perform the work required to have house ready to sell, in a timely manner, and she listed and got an over asking price within 5 days of listing the house.
