Bought a brand new trailer directly from their shop, only after a couple uses the hub fell apart, left us stranded. When we called they asked for pictures and then never responded. I’ve called multiple times to resolve the issue and now they no longer answer. You can see where someone previously ground on the hub. This is absurd. If I could give no stars I absolutely would.

My boyfriend and I recently purchased a custom trailer from Nextrail for our dream boat. We picked up the trailer in Ocala, and drove to Fort Lauderdale to get our boat. In transit back home, we had a snafu with one of the axels. I called and complained to Nextrail, and they sent someone 2 1/2 hours away to fix it. We returned to Ocala Florida because Nextrail said they wanted to fix our trailer correctly and make it right… That’s when we realized that our boat was very heavy and way over capacity for the specs that we had sent them for the trailer, an error on our part! I They completely built us a new trailer specifically for the size of our boat. They were fast, efficient, and very professional! I am happy to say that the trailer and the boat made it back to Chicago! Very professional, conscientious, and great craftsman!

Just had my new 28ft trailor delivered last Thursday to Austin. Process of fitting it to the boat was beyond easy. First time doing business with Jeff and yhe crew. The quality is impeccable and the whole experience was first class!

I bought a trailer in 2013 and it has been a fantastic trailer. Just bought a different boat and the trailer was not set up properly by my boat dealer. I stopped into the manufacturing plant to pick up a set of replacement lights and learned of the improper setup but they offered to adjust the bunks and set it up properly. Worked wit Brad, Jeff, and John and they were all fantastic. I would buy another trailer from them in the future, no question about it.

After careful due diligence and personally visiting several boat trailer manufactures, I decide on Nextrail to build a new trailer for my HS 2600 CC. Not only were their prices competitive but Brad (owner) and Jeff (sales manager) took personal interest in the build and delivery of my trailer. The time they spent going through options and features where above and beyond. No pressure to close the deal, I could have walked at anytime. Instead a no deposit order was signed and within a week at that very busy time, I picked up the spanking brand new new trailer. At this time of delivery I was promised that they would set the trailer to provide correct tongue and weight distribution once I brought the boat and trailer back. Months had passed and I called to check to see if they would still set the trailer up and without hesitation they said absolutely just give us a heads up so they can plan accordingly. The day came and dropped off the trailer expecting a couple of days needed to get to it. Well low and behold in just a few hours I got the call from Jeff to come pick her up! And what a difference! Made pulling a near 10K boat and trailer a whole new relaxing experience. Nextrail is so customer service oriented that somehow I lost a bearing cover and they replaced it free of charge. If your looking to find a great trailer build and outstanding customer service Nextrail should be at the top of your list.

Avoid at all cost. They run their business like the worst used car business. I called about an advertised trailer that I wanted to buy. I don't live close so I asked for pictures and if it looked good I'd buy it. They said no problem. Two days later no call, text, or pictures. I called again to ask for pictures. Yep no problem they said. Again no call back.nothing. Called a third time.again no problem I'm on it I'll get you pictures. Guess what.no call back! Fourth call. "yeah um I think I have the pictures on my phone and I'll text them right now". An hour later I get a text saying its gone and they've sold it. If you look through their reviews there's a theme of horrible customer service. Do not do business with them. I needed a trailer and was overly patient with them because I'm out of town and needed help. I'll make sure every review forum and internet sight knows my story.

Awesome guys. I was in desperate need of some trailer parts and found myself in the parking lot of Nextrail. They had exactly what I needed and were competitively priced. Jeff was great to work with too. I hope to do more business in the future with these guys. Thank you for getting me fixed up and down the road.

Was in a bit of a time crunch and this was the only company that could get it done in time I was very surprised how fast they got it done and was in no way disappointed With the quality if your looking for the best company to buy from stop looking this is the best option. The guy who answer the phone did not have time to tell me about small trailer, "we do not doing small trailer buddy" and hang up.

Picked up my new 18,000 lb boat trailer on 11/17/20. It was one of the easiest transactions I have ever made. Found them on Craigslist, called and talked to John on friday 11/13, he recommended what I size needed for my boat, gave he me the price. He did not have it in stock so he said he would make it and I could pick it up Tuesday 11/17. Every other boat trailer dealer told me 10 weeks and there price was $2500 more. Called John back and placed the order. No deposit was needed and it was built and ready for pick up 2 working days later and a lot cheaper for top of the line quality. Thank you John and your team for getting it done as you said.

I bought a triple axel boat trailer for my Wellcraft 290 Coastal. Drove 5 hours to pick it up. When we arrived, the trailer was Not finished. We waited for it an extra couple hours. Pulled it home and loaded the boat on it. There was way too much weight on the front axel. The boat was empty and it was also as far back as it could be. Called them and told them the situation that the axels needed to be further forward because it was as far back as it could be. NEXT is now I’m ready to tow the trailer and boat for the first time and I find the Brake master cylinder is empty! I fill it with dot 3 and check the brakes. NONE of the Brakes work and NONE of them were even Bled out of the Air! All they did at the factory is fill it with fluid! They never bled them! That is a major SAFETY problem! I will report them to the DOT and Better Business Burrow!

Just bought a Pre-Owned Nextrail 7k Car Hauler from a private seller, Very impressed with the construction and 8” on center crossmembers, don’t see that on competitors.: :

Complete lack of professionalism. Owner is combative and we are surprised he made it this long. Owner knew we where on the way Friday cause his set up would not pull over 45mph. Got message at 4: 58 my boat was ready and they close at 5. Sent a email on Sat that it would not come off the trailer if winch raised any higher. And guess what the trailer was not ready Monday morning. His own employees and salesman said trailer was too short for my 36' contender. Surprisingly they where not there to greet us today. Anchor Hangs over the front of trailer. Threatened to not let me leave with my boat and trailer that I hold the title to. There incompetence is extreme. Will not ever deal with such a incompetent company again. Happy to load pics of there work. People like this should not be in business.

Jeff was very helpful throughout the whole sale from the beginning to the end. Told me he will have it in three weeks he had it done an exactly the date I needed the trailer.
Delivered it to Miami. Even after I purchase it took my call every time. Trail is a great product I already used it twice. He even gave me advice on how to put a winch on it. Very happy trailer is built very nice
