Thank you for giving us great roadside service! We were broke down along I75 north in Florida. We just left the rest area to start our drive for the day and bam the truck quit! Called these guys, your service department is wonderful and very helpful in getting us what we needed to fix the issue. The tech got there as soon as he could. Hooked it up to the computer and was able to diagnose the problem with fixing it and now back on the road.oh, and the cost was quite doable!
The tech was fantastic! Very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable!
Thank you for getting us back on the road so we could make our delivery.

Best dealership.if you think other then you need to go out across the country and find another that is better, dont worry ill wait

Went in to get a "rattling" of windows looked at. Found the problem, and gave us part number to order since they didn't have in stock and we had to get back truckin. Ok, cool.get back on the road, and rattle from glass against metal behind door is worse. Go over to check, and right by the seat is a screw, and 4 washers that weren't put back in. Well.hell. Can't rush perfection fellas, slow it down

I have nothing positive to say about Nextran. My husband brought this truck to get fixed on Thursday 2/4/21 around 2pm, the person that my husband interacted with told him they would bring the truck in Friday, well guess what today is Monday 2/15/21 and the truck is not fixed yet. I’m not sure what explanation they have for the public related to this matter. My husband tried to get the truck back on Thursday but the same Spanish person told him the truck couldn’t be driven since some things were taken apart. Basically, my husband has not been able to work for 11 days now thanks NEXTRAN

Terrible customer service! Service department had possession of my vehical for 2 1/2 months to fix fuel system, after the 5th estimate finally fixed after nearly 13k.don't waste your time here! Trust me, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!

Extremely busy. My presence was ignored by the service counter personnel, so I purchased the parts I needed and had another shop put them on.

I must say that out of ALL of the service centers that I have visited; this service center SETS the STANDARD in regard to conducting GOOD, FAIR and HONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES. I walked in the door very skeptical, but they EARNED MY TRUST while I was at their location (pending and undergoing services.)

Trust is EVERYTHING and it is the MOST IMPORTANT factor when it comes to my making arrangements to use use a business on a recurring basis.

Been waiting for 30 min in a line of people inside in parts, at 12: 02 someone says we close at noon on saturday so everybody get out of here, we where already inside and why they did not told us about that just to make us lose our time.just AMAZING, worst customer service ever.

This is a place I will never ever sent a truck back to. Very slow extremely unprofessional and so overpriced.
If you are in a position to pick and chose stay away from this place.

The truck sit there for One month and they haven’t touch my truck at all and they call me and told me it’s fix when I got there too see if they fixed they didn’t touch the truck

I purchased a set of mud flap hangers for 572.93 I needed to return them the next day they charged me 139.29 for restock fee then 65 dollars freight fee last weekend I purchased 4 new Batteries over 500 dollars there an air breather 50 bucks some of there big cleaning stuff as well as there hand wipes all of this stuff is over priced but it was ok I gave them my business now that I needed to return 2 small pieces of metal you take me over the coles

David Lander manager at parts department was ready to get you what you needed in a blink of an eye thank you Mr. David good people friendly service and above all technicians who know what the are looking for.
David’s team is there to help you in a timely manner not make money like other dealers who never have any parts.

As a business owner with a fleet of 11 vehicles, we rely heavily on ensuring that our fleet is fully operational. We had previous issues with our Isuzu box truck and after asking around we settled on Nextran who assured us we had the right company to address the ongoing exhaust issue. $5000 after their repair they assured us that we would not have the issue again and they would fix it if it happen again. We were concerned as we had already invested $10000 with other repair shops to resolve the problem. Only 1 month later and less than 500 miles, the same issue occurred, but we were confident Nextran would address the issue as it was under warranty. NOT TRUE. We were giving a bill for $12,000 to again fix the same issue which led me to believe that they did not know what they were doing in the first place. After refusing service, they now wanted $2000 to reassemble and return the vehicle to the original condition we gave it to them. Bottomline, they don't HONOR their warranty. BEWARE!

Should be zero stars, promise you quick PM service through there Leasing program, got here at 0930 and it’s 1500 and truck PM still hasn’t started, even though I scheduled it two days prior.just another Nextran bait and switch scam, promise everything d, deliver nothing

Called in for the part I needed and they had it at the desk for me when I got there and the crew is very knowledgeable

All trucks are "call for price? ", not good business not to be upfront with miles and prices. People cannot be fooled, specially truckers, come one Nextran!
