As a new truck owner I was very pleased with the awesome service from Nextran. Melissa Vickery was really just an awesome person to speak with. She is knowledgeable, and explained everything our truck needed. Jason the "test driver" helped us as well. Jason was kind, and knowledgeable. We our happy to have these great people and company to work with. Thank you Nextran.

Worth place to call always stay in hold and never answer just pick up the phone and put hold, Don't waste your time calling them

Called looking for chains and binders. They didn’t carry them in stock but had the perfect reference for who I needed to see

Waited on hold with parts for an hour. They kept picking up the phone and putting it back on hold without saying anything. I called back several times, the guy picks up the phone says “hold on” and instantly puts it on hold. Never got to speak to anyone after 2 hours I gave up, terrible parts employee

Horrible horrible horrible experience! My husbands truck is there for almost a month and every time we call it’s different excuse, somebody child was sick, or they don’t know how to do it, or we are third in line! They just don’t care! I got to the point that I was sooo angry at lady I spoke to! Very disappointed with this company! DO NOT wish to have any future business with them!

They hold the truck for a week without estimate and then when we ask them to take the truck they send us invoice of 721$ for taking the estimate without giving us the estimate. Extremly unprofessional.

All I can say about this place that the mechanics and the staff are very polite and very dedicated to get you back on the road my truck had problems with brakes and they got me back on the road faster than I thought they will hopefully the problem is gone forever and I have to see this guys only on the good occasions Special thanks to Brandon who was very passionate with my truck to determine the problem with the brakes next time I know where to take my truck to get it fixed

Had to bring in a 2023 Volvo 760 because it was blowing the hottest heat through the vents with absolutely no air conditioning and check engine light on at 3500 miles. Laura, my service advisor literally turned out to be a miracle worker. It was completely missing the heater control rod from the factory and only had one temp and that was the highest heat temp constantly blowing. The part wasn’t even in the parts department’s system yet, so they went above and beyond to locate the parts and got me back on the road in less than a day. Highly recommended Laura. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, kept me updated, and very professional. Thank you for getting me back on the road so quickly.

I drive for Sentry Industries's and broke down around Sarasota and made it down to the Nextran in Fort Myers with fuel ️ issues Laura and Zack helped me out and got me back up and running again in a short time.excellent folks and professional service

Just picking up a truck that needed to be repaired everything's working fine other than that I know nothing about this place besides it's a Mac truck sales and service repairs
