This company was awesome. Once again they were here within the timeframe. They said my windows have been like 10 to noon and they were here at 10. I love it I would recommend Niagara sprinkler wholeheartedly.their service tech were very polite and efficient and the office people were very helpful and willing to do whatever it took

This was the first time I used Niagara Sprinklers. I love this company. 100% I will use them again. They had me scheduled immediately and when they arrived they had me fixed on 10 minutes. Excellent pricing too!

They came and quickly found the issues and resolved for them. Also gave me useful information about my zone and water pressure according to the HOA/County regulations for water. Great folks!

2 of my 6 zone sprinkler system stopped working. The Niagara Sprinkler technician showed up time, diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Pricy, but worth the money. Couldn't be happier.

I’m really questioning these 5 star reviews. Firstly, it is nearly impossible to get someone from the company on the phone, and they take 24+ hours to return calls. Next, they come out, fully knowing the scope of the job, unprepared. That leads to reschedules and lack of visibility into timelines for arrival. Lastly, they make the situation worse with their lack of care. Within five minutes, they cut our cable line (mind you, it was marked) and crushed an irrigation pipe and left as if, when we turned on our sprinklers, it wouldn’t be noticeable. Do not hire this incredibly unprofessional company.

My husband was very happy that the technicians arrived on time, and repaired the break in the line quickly and efficiently. They tested the system and located the end of the lines so that they could accurately estimate the extension of the system per my husband's request.

We reached out with a few irrigation repair items. Great communication, they respond quickly, and are able to schedule work within a few weeks. I appreciate their system that emails/texts to confirm appointments, when they’re on the way day off, and receipt of payments. The guys who came by to do the work were friendly and easy to work with. They gave a max estimate over the phone for the repairs I described and in the end it was well below. Very fair pricing. Will schedule more work with them again!
