Prices too high for the consultation if you do not have insurance. But the attention is very good. Waiting periods are very short. I always take my baby there and have no complaints so far. I recommend it.

Went yesterday at night because my daughter had a bad fall at daycare and had a big bump on her forehead. The front desk and nurses were nice and efficient however the doctor only saw me for 5 secs basically came to the room told me that everything was fine, only touch her bump when I had a question. Didn’t really take the time to see if I had any questions or concern. Everything felt rushed. I waited more at the lobby then seeing him.

Excellent treatment, they were very attentive to us and took good care of my daughter. Thank you very much to the entire medical team

First timer here. I brought my son in this morning as he's had a cough for some time now. We arrived just before they opened and there was a line (we were #11). I believe it was maybe half an hour before being called inside. They got his weight then we were taken to the examination room. We were there maybe 45-50 minutes as we waited for the nurse, got checked out, waited for the doctor, got checked out again, then waited for the nurse before being discharged. We left at 12: 30 with our prescription.

The front desk as well as medical staff were all friendly and courteous. The waiting room was clean as was the rest of the facility. I have 0 complaints and I'm happy with our visit as well as the information that was given to us. The doctor was knowledagble and confident and I am beyond pleased with our experience. Hopefully my son doesn't need many urgent care visits in the future, but if he does, we will gladly come back.

We have been lucky to be seen by Dr Borchetta the last few times and he is amazing. He is kind and patient. He answered all my questions with a care. If I could have him be our primary dr I would. Thank you Dr Borchetta for showings what warm, humane medicine looks like

Loved the amazing care my son received. Indeed all staff was wonderful though nurse Bianca was extremely amazing, caring & had so much patience.

Very clean, front desk staff checked us in immediately. Nurse Sarai was very compassionate, caring and sweet with our daughter who was ill. Pediatrician Noelle Barraque was professional and informative and eased our worries. Thank you so much

The lack of sensitivity with patients is incredible. More than 50 min to get the exit papers after 3 hours of being inside the medical center

Called ahead of time to see if they could see me a 30 year old as emergency on the phone they said yes per Cathy got there turns out they can’t waste of time wish they would known what they are talking about before making the drive with a broken toe and waste my time

How are they going to deny care to a baby because they just closed they had one minute, I came at 10: 01 and according to the sign they close at 10 I don't have a vehicle and now I'm out here with my baby waiting to find an Uber so I can go to the Baptist, I've been out here for 16 minutes being eaten by mosquitoes with my baby, it's unacceptable.

I went in 15 minutes before they closed hoping they would still take me in because my son had a high fever. My whole visit was 30 minutes. From the security guard, to the sign in lady, the RN and the doctor were all amazing. I forgot my insurance card trying to rush there and they were able to look it up with the name and DOB. The nurse and doctors answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their care.

Nurse Bianca is the best. She was so kind with our kid. As well Dr Zonia. Thank you for all you do.

You arrive with your tike limping, you sit down and they immediately call you For the information, the lady is very attentive, the hospital is very clean and with the hygiene it should have, the medical and nursing staff very trained and professional, the private lounge areas with all the first aid equipment, and with hygiene and

My son was seen by Dr. Michael Borchetta, DO at Nicklaus Children’s Homestead Outpatient Center on 12/13/22. This guy is definitely the best pediatrician I have ever seen in my life for either of my children. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and competent in pediatric care. Even though it was 10 o’clock at night and technically the center was closed, he still took the ample time needed to explain everything to me step-by-step and make sure I understood my son’s diagnosis. He has the best bed side manners and is so sympathetic. He ordered an x-ray which showed that my son had pneumonia. I have been taking my son to doctors and urgent cares for the last three months with them just giving me medication after medication with no diagnosis and no referral for an X-ray. It took Dr. Michael Borchetta, DO to diagnosis and treat my 8 month old son for phenomena after months of me going to his PCP and urgent care with no answers other then “ it’s congestion “. He explained to me the course of treatment and how often to give it to my son. This man is a genius and a great representation of NCH. I will be requesting him whenever I go to UC for either of my 2 boys. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. Michael Borchetta, DO for saving my baby, he is my life and for that I thank you. Thank you as well to nurse Daniela Morejon who was so sweet and passionate— thank you to all nurses who helped my baby.
