Check in process was smooth, nurses & staff were friendly, & wait time was minimal. My son saw ARNP Rebecca & she was very good. She answered all my questions, was not rushed & examined my son throughly. I would recommend this urgent care

The Check in experience was very pleasant. The nurse was very polite. However, Elena Santos is rude and unprofessional. She walked in, did not introduce herself. I did not see her identification so I had to ask her who she was. She rushed the examine and was about the walk out of the room without informing me of daughter’s results until I asked. She did not allow me time to ask questions until I requested. She stated “Oh she looks fine, you can send her to school” but admitted she did not know the results of her strep throat test.

Less than an hour from check in to discharge. Dr. Espinosa and the nurse, Nicki, were exceptionally kind to my 20 month old. Thank you all for everything

This review is for Dr Rainer Mederos. I wonder how a child hospital hired this type of physician, you guys need to check the reviews before hiring this type of doctors, this doctor don’t have patient and shouldn’t be a kid doctor. I took my daughter to the Nicklaus Palmetto Bay on 12/27/2022 at night, she has been having diarrhea for two weeks and her pediatrician told me to take her there so they can do a quick swap because at the office it would take longer and with the holidays maybe we don’t get results on time, I told the doctor this and he refused to do it, he said my daughter was fine and diarrhea can last between 4-8 weeks I want to know from where he gets this information and he said that she is fine to take her home and put her on a diet with some medicine. My daughter lost weight and she had fever and I have to take her to the pediatrician tomorrow. What a waste of time, people like him shouldn’t be working in a main children hospital. I’m going to put this review everywhere so everyone knows the kind of doctor he is.

I took my son due to flu like symptoms. They would not take my insurance and charged me 297.00 to see him. I paid for the visit right then and there.the visit was quick and the doctor prescribed him a medication regular strength (meaning for adults) I found out when I went to pick up from the pharmacy. I am an APRN so I know about medication dosages. A month later I get two separate bill for close to $400.00. One for the MD and one for the visit I paid for. When I ask about the bill they told me that what I paid was just an estimate amd that front desk would not know how much the visit was going to be. The place is a scam and they bait and switch the prices to get you in and then hook you for double the initial amount. I would not go there ever again nor would recommend it to my patients or friends.

It was a great experience. No wait time. Registration staff was great and fast. The nurse named Madelin was very comforting towards my daughter and I appreciated that so much! The doctor on call was amazing as well. Not to mention, how clean the place was. Definitely recommend them ️

I've have been to this urgent care several times. Every time I have been here the service has been excellent! Tonight was no exception. My son was seen and diagnosed in a professional and quick manner. The staff was extremely sweet and attentive. I am grateful to have this urgent care! Highly recommend.

The staff here is amazing! Nurses… Doctors… you name it! Amazing! My 3 year old son was throwing up and not feeling well… after the IV and zofran… he was still not feeling better, since they could not rule out appendicitis and did not having imaging in the building, the suggested I take him to the Hospital for imaging… THANK GOD I did… it was appendicitis and he had an appendectomy the next morning! The doctors called me the next day to check on my son as they had been thinking about him! How amazing is that? ! They are a fabulous team and I am so grateful for them!

I went to the hospital to do an ultrasound on my daughter. When you get to the hospital. When they made the appoiment for me and they made a mistake and put my daughter's last name wrong and they hardly even attended to me because of the mistake they themselves made. I had to wait almost 1 hour for them to fix my daughter's last name. I was told that the ultrasound was $580.00. I paid the entire amount before she was attended to. The lady who did the ultrasound did a very bad job and she did not take into account that she was a 1 and a half year old girl. Last week I received a bill for $180.00. I'm still waiting for an explanation.very bad service. This hospital is scam
Ihad to call more than 10 times to send the results of the ultrasound to my daughter's doctor because they did not send it

Fui al hospital hacerle un ultrasonido a mi hija. Cuando llegue al hospital. Cuando me hicieron el appoiment y se equivocaron y pusieron el apellido de mi hija mal y casi ni me atienden por el error que ellos mismos cometieron. Tuve que esperar casi 1 hora para que ellos arreglaran el apellido de mi hija. Me dijeron que el ultrasonido costaba $580.00. Pague todo el monto antes de que la atendieran. La señora que hizo el ultrasonido, trabajo de muy mala manera y no tuvo consideración que era una niña de 1 año y medio. La semana pasada me llego un bill por $180.00. Todavía estoy esperando que me den una explicación. Muy mal servicio

I have more good experiences in this urgent care. I only had one bad experience just for a school note I was getting a hard time by a nurse. I understand sometimes the nurses they are tired and deal with a lot we are all human beings we have our good days and our bad days. Especially with times likes these were we are in a pandemic everyone needs care. Other than that the staff is very nice and very caring. Thank you for all your do!

Incredible staff, quick and easy check in. Fantastic communication and great with my son. They knew exactly what the ailment (nursemaids elbow) was and treated him impeccably. The nurses and the nurse practitioner were amazing. We were in and out in 25 minutes, the fastest urgent care visit In history.

If I could give this urgent care zero stars I would. Front desk and nurses were amazing, however when it comes to the doctor who attended me… as soon as Dr. Katherine M.walked into my room she came with an attitude. My whole interaction with her lasted 4 minutes tops, had no care in the world for the reason I went there today, said that they don’t treat my injury and quite literally showed she did not care by shrugging at me and saying that what I had isn’t worth treating for. She showed no interest in our conversation and did NOT look at my injury until I stated that it hurt, that’s when she came and looked at me for 30 seconds. I genuinely felt the urge to call in a supervisor but decided against it due to the fact that it was late and I quite frankly just wanted to leave there as soon as possible. I felt extremely disrespected, as a health care worker it is THEIR job to help us with our injuries and she once again did not care. Extremely disappointed with the way that Dr. Katherine attended me.

Nurse Alexis was so great and attentive to our every need. During this time of distress she helped us feel so comfortable and calm. We felt how much she truly cared for our son. We will definitely be back for any future needs.

Worse experience ever. More than an hour just for DC papers. You guys are treating sick children, have a little more compassion.

The front desk receptionist was not friendly at all, made me wait 3 hours in a room, finally saw a doctor to tell me my child had nothing wrong. Went to ER and she was placed on antibiotics. This place is horrible, do not take your child here. As I was leaving the nurse sarcastically yelled at me “YOU'RE WELCOME”! !
I didn’t answer back to her because I was with my child. That was not an example of how I want my child to treat people. Will never go back to this place.
