We are visiting from out of town. Made an appt online. Visit was timely and my son had a thorough exam

Dr Rodriguez was amazing and very helpful putting my son at ease and had a fantastic personality?

I can’t say enough good things about them! My little girl had to be seen while we were visiting out of state. From the front desk to the nurses, to the doctor they were all SO attentive to her and treated us so well. For a not so fun time for our little girl they made it the absolute best we could have asked for!

Quick- easy and out. Son was sick, just wanted a strep, flu and Covid test. DONE.
Glad I went, we had bogo- strep and flu. Sent prescription to my pharmacy.
Sweet and kind staff as well. I’d like to say I’ll be back…but hope I won’t need to.

We have never used Night Lite pediatrics before. The experience from start to finish was amazing. The staff was friendly and welcoming and showed honest concern for my child’s health and wellbeing. We left with a prescription and instructions on how to treat my child’s ear infection (also a first for us) and my child was smiling before we left the office. Thank you for making a first experience an amazing one! We will definitely come back if needed!

Went in on a Sunday with a sick 3 year old and they treated us like we where the only patients there they are remarkable!

Late hours. We booked online and filled out all the paperwork. Once checked in it was only about 5 mins before we were called back. Staff was great, friendly, efficient. A little longer wait time to see the doctor but that’s to be expected. Total time was about 1.5hrs. Would recommend and go back for sure if pcp not available.

My son was restless when we arrived… Screaming and trying to run away. Everyone there jumped right in and helped us! Doctor Rodriguez and Nurse Wendy were awesome! I am really satisfied with the outcome of our visit!

Not only was Dr Rodriguez was amazing with my baby, but Wendy and Tatiana was well. They were very helpful and answered all questions and concerns.

At the end of the visit, my little was smiling and playing them. Will definitely go back because of them.

The wait seemed long for the amount of patients (even though we had appts) but you never know the situations ‍️
Dr. Rodriquez was very lovely and took care of my children quickly. She very promptly called in the Rx to a second pharmacy (mine had closed) and I was able to get my kid’s meds the same night. I am very grateful for that.

We got there with a sick toddler and the online registration process was smooth and within less than 10 min we were in a room waiting for testing, etc. The nurses and Dr were so professional and nice, that my sick and scared son was cooperative and I could tell he felt safe and at ease. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend Nightlight Pediatrics to any worried parent. They are awesome.

After waiting a few hours for our appt and sitting in the office for 20+ mins I was informed they didn’t have X-ray today. This information would have been helpful before waiting all day for an appt, only to end up at the ER anyway.

Super fast attention very affectionate with children and called the next day to know how my son had spent the night. Recommended the best pediatric urgent care in the city. Dr Rodríguez and her MA Wendy are amazing, my son is been a patient of Night lite Pedriatic since they open in Jacksonville, the best place the best doctor and the best staff

We showed up at Nite Lite because my four-year-old son was experiencing ear pain. I figured it was an ear infection, and sure enough, it was. The Nite Lite team did a fantastic job getting us in and out quickly. Dr. Rodriguez and her team did a great job with my boy. I'm thankful they were open late on a Sunday night; if not, we probably would have got zero sleep last night.

Great, friendly and helpful staff! Very convenient and the wait time is not too long. Highly recommend!
