Everyone was very patient, helpful and kind. Very caring. Would definetly recommend to family and friends with children.

Dr. Kaashmiri was great! He played games and kept my daughter occupied while cleaning the would above her eye. There were no tears during cleaning or while gluing it shut.

Could not recommend them more. As a parent and healthcare professional, I found them to be extremely professional, fast and direct in providing exceptional care to my child. Nurse Nicole was amazing and made my child feel comfortable and happy in an unfortunate situation. The Doctor was great as well, courteous and patient with my family and made the experience that much better. They will be our go to from now on for our family and friends.

The staff is always so amazing, from front desk to all the nurses. And we love Dr Sigman. Thank you for always giving THE upmost care for my kids!

My husband took my toddler in tonight with pink eye, a rash on her face and some sort of cold. He said he felt neglected while he was there and not heard. I, as well, was put on the phone and was not heard or listened to at all. They were just doing flu and covid testing and not even bothering with her eyes or her rash. The flu and covid test came up negative but said she is highly contagious everywhere from her eyes to her nose to her mouth and sent her home with no treatment. I have been doing everything I can at home, I thought I had it handled until today when she became extremely worse to where I felt she needed to be seen. I insisted on eye drops that are meant for pink eye (ofloxacin) and asked about her rash. I was told no, they didn’t prescribe her anything for her eyes, said to put aquafor (dumbest thing I’ve ever heard) on her rash and sent her home. WORST care I have EVER received from a pediatric doctor. Someone who is supposed to care about the health of children. What a joke. We will not be back. The emergency room is worth the wait in the middle of the night for a doctor who actually cares about their patients.

Today the wait was longer than normal but I still love this urgent care the most out of the ones local to me. The doctor there today was very informative and great!

My daughter was complaining about her throat hurting and it was red. I thought she had strep throat. Her test came back negative. I said she was exposed to someone who tested positive for strep and is on antibiotics. To make sure their rapid test didn't miss something. The doctor had her do another culture to send out to have further testing.

My visit with my daughter a few days ago was wonderful. The staff and Dr. McCloud were awesome, caring and very detailed. The only downside that day was that they were running behind and we waited an hour before we were seen. After that everything else went on smoothly. I recommend this location, they have gotten much better!

My son was told a week ago he had a double ear infection. My 5 yr old i.e. He developed a nasty cough and congestion so I took him into Pediatrix. The front desk rep was rude to my husband. When I walked in after they were ready for my baby (2hrs later), the nurse Nicole had no compassion when dealing with my son. She shoved the swab up his nostril for the flu test and was loud and ignorant. My son was in there because he had an ongoing fever, headache, swollen eyes, congestion and had to deal with that pig as soon as he got in the room. He was very cold and nurse know it all demanded I not cover him with his blanket as he will get a seizure due to his fever. The doctor was super nice and attentive but his staff can use some training and practice professionalism especially when dealing with parents and children that go in there with little to no sleep.

I was in and out in 30 minutes, everyone was very nice, the doctor even gave my son a dose of the steroid he needed now so we didn’t have to wait to fill the prescription in the morning. All in all very satisfied and deff would recommend if you need to see a DR asap and can’t afford the ER.

Amazing. Both dr. McLeod & nurse Nicole. Very attentive ladies and made my family and I feel secure on the steps we have to take to make our daughter get better. Thank you guys.

We came in because my son was complaining that his ear hurt. It was the day before his birthday so we didn’t want to take any chances. The staff was so kind and friendly. It appeared that they were running on a skeleton crew but you could not tell by their attitude. Dr. McLeod was absolutely amazing! She was able to put my son at ease during the exam and was actually able to get him to smile. Normally my son screams when a doctor examines his ears but he did not do that with Dr. McLeod. I highly recommend this place!

Will forever recommend this office to everyone with children in the area. I've taken my oldest son here for years but never my youngest two till recently. My 2 yr old is terrified of the doctors after being hospitalized but she had a completely different attitude here with the staff and Dr. They are quick, thorough, have amazing bedside manner, and super polite friendly staff!

I have came here 2 different times now the first time was for my daughter and the second time was today for my son and omg! I love the drs and staff! Everyone treats you like family dr. Nicole is hands down amazing! She is so throurough and informational and amazing! I absolutely love coming here if my littles are sick and I can't get them into the pediatrician! They focus on my kids and their care! If you need your babes to be seen definitely come here! You cant go wrong!

Dr. McCloud and Nurse Nicole are angels, they take the time to ensure your children are cared for and as parents are educated. We learned more from Dr McCloud than we have in years about how to properly care for allergies and bi lateral ear infections. To prevent future Dr visits.

The front of house staff and arrival/appointment procedures:

Setting an arrival time means nothing for your child to be seen. Dawn at the front desk very rudely informed/clarified that it was not an appointment upon checkin. This is not how you speak to or treat people, let alone customers/patients. Also informing us that their services were over an hour late.

No attempt to notify us was made considering we and many others live far away with sick children. If you have arrival times then you need to honor them. As well as provide notification that you are behind so parents do not waste time to wait in cars or a lobby with other sick children.

Policies and practices are an abysmal one star.

Front of house staff care and kindness is a zero. If you have other options use them. The front staff here is rude and condescending to concerned parents they make no effort to inform those with “arrival” times until you have driven all the way in.

We love going to night light and seeing Dr. Mark. He’s always so nice and listens to everything you’re concerned about. And the staff gets you in & out of office quickly

This place is amazing, the Doctors and staff are great. They are fast, kind and accurate. I’d give 100 stars if possible
