Night Swan Intracoastal Bed and Breakfast, New Smyrna Beach FL

What an adorable & absolutely perfect B&B! Dave, Nathalie, & their crew were amazing! The place was super clean & very neat with a classy stylish vibe that made you feel at home. It far exceeded my expectations! First of all the food was incredible, hands down could not go out and get any better. Second the attention to detail! They do it right! From the fire, to the front porch view, to a late night craving for ice cream.they have you covered. I would highly recommend the Night Swan. Especially if you are with a group, we had a blast! Thank you all so much for everything! We will be back!:)

This was our first Bed & Bfast and it was an amazing experience. Dave & Natalie really take the time to get to know you and make you feel like home. Dave provided many recommendations of things to do and see. The location was very convenient and was a few minutes drive from many restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Night Swan. The owners are so hospitable, the breakfast was utterly delicious, and the complimentary ice cream was truly appreciated. We enjoyed a bowl after dinner while sitting on the porch, looking at the full moon over the river.

We stayed in the Turnbull Suite which was spacious and very comfortable.

The location is great, walking distance to the New Smyrna Canal Street business district with lots of shops and restaurants.

The breakfasts were excellent and the hosts were extremely welcoming.

Not only the place is truly amazing, but also Nathalie and David made us feel home, away from home. The location is great, the breakfast was an amazing surprise every morning, and we had a true family experience. We couldn't recomend them more!

We loved our stay here! Very clean and comfortable. The owners were friendly and the breakfast was fantastic! The home is at a great location with fantastic views and access to a private pier where you could sit for hours. The main hub, Flagler Avenue, is only a few minutes away by car or taxi.

What a great spot on the intercoastal. The room was clean and good size. The view was great, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent as well. This is in walking distance of downtown and there is a dock you can fish off of if you enjoy fishing. Highly recommend checking it out.

The owners were extremely friendly and helpful! I arrived with a large group of ladies for a retreat and they made our stay absolutely wonderful! They went above & beyond in meeting all our needs. The breakfast meals were delicious. The rooms were very comfortable. The grounds were very relaxing, with so many places to chill out. The location was great and near a lot of stores, beach, restaurants and even the hospital. Natalie, David, Kim, Jeff and Michelle were awesome! They exemplified Southern hospitality to the highest.

We had a quick Anniversary weekend get away. Beautiful and welcoming atmosphere, scrumptious muffins and breakfast fare, fun evening ice cream cones, watching dolphins off the dock. Looking forward to returning! Thank you to our hosts!

Once upon a time in Yesterday back in the 60s to the early 80s, there abouts. The bldg that is Night Swan Bed and Breakfast belonged to my Uncle Evan Williams. I visited him in September of 78 after Navy Bootcamp Orlando. I only ever had a day with him. But it was a great day. He cooked me giant butterflyed shrimp. He had been a B-29 bomber pilot, later owned Smokies Garage on Canal Street. The Current owner was very friendly and I look forward to renting a room at same point for a stay.

David and Natalie were great hosts to my family. I have stayed there multiple times and couldn't be happier with it. Staff is excellent and the breakfasts are amazing too!

Nathlalie and Glenn were generous hosts and delightful human beings! Accommodations were charming and clean. Breakfast and coffee were delicious with a beautiful view of the river. Highly recommend!

Natalie and Dave are the best! We've stayed at the Night Swan several times with our dogs. You can't ask for a better B&B. There is a beautiful view of the intercoastal and also a park to walk the dogs nearby. You can also fish at the park. Night Swan also has a dock to fish and relax, and there are boating slips available. Canal Street is just a few blocks away for shopping and eating. Flagler Ave (for shopping and eating) is just about a 10 minute drive away. You can also drive on the beach there.

If you have pets, this is the PLACE to stay

We stayed again at the Night Swan and this time was better than the last. David and his family are always so generous and accommodating, which makes the stay that much more relaxing and enjoyable. We had our three kids with us, and the room was more than enough for our family. Excellent property with excellent service.

My family and I stayed at the Night Swan in March 2022. This was our second visit and it was just as good as the first because of the consistency in service, friendliness, and cleanliness. Nathalie and David are incredibly welcoming and took the time to get to know us. Not only did they offer up recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area during breakfast, but they also had a wonderful list printed out and awaiting us in our room. Speaking of the room, we stayed in the Magnolia Suite and it was so lovely and cozy. The suite had one bathroom and two bedrooms, which was perfect for my family of 4 (my kids – ages 10 and 12 – loved having their own room). Breakfast each morning was delicious, and I truly appreciated how Nathalie and David remembered that I followed a vegetarian diet. Part of why I love bed & breakfasts is the breakfast and Nathalie more than delivers in taste and presentation. Night Swan was our first experience with kids with a bed & breakfast and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Truly, it’s Nathalie and David that deserve all the praise because their love for Night Swan is evident everywhere and in every detail.

The owner Dave was super friendly, came right out when we got there and showed us to our room. We stayed for 3 nights and breakfast was very good every morning. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area

Not only was the location amazing and right on the water but it was decorated beautifully. We loved our room, the dolphin suite, because we got our own sunroom where we could watch the water. The breakfast was also amazing and we were able to watch dolphins every morning while we ate.

What a cool place! Great location, and David and Natalie are such great hosts. Breakfast was the best. We will be going back!
