Nika Corporate Housing is operated by a staff that is both caring and professional. Nika Corporate Housing provided my family with 6 months of comfortable and spacious accommodations and if work allowed we would have happily stayed longer. From the superb accommodations, outstanding communication from both Hannah and Angel and care shown by checking on us during a natural disaster / providing additional accommodations for a special circumstance I can honestly say I’ve seen no other business as great as Nika Corporate Housing. I highly recommend this business and hope to
call Nika Corporate Housing home again in the future.

Angela Young can be trusted to handle your housing needs in little to no time. She was able to get a unit for me under short notice and it was furnished and ready to the day I moved in. Very communicative via email and landline means of contact. Absolutely made my stay very comfortable!

Perfect location near mall and really good retaurants and access to I275. Apartment would have been perfect (1st floor near pool.) but for constuction of common areas which will be finnished for next year. Pool only gets sun on one side but that isn't fixable. Angel was very responsive to a couple of minor fixes we needed.

Very good accomodations, friendly and helpful staff. Very understanding with the USAF finance troubles that come with travel on a GTC. Would definitely use again if I am in Tampa

I am totally overwhelmed with the lack of response and care from this organization. I was trying to work closely with the ladies in the office Hannah and Angel to provide a better living experience than what I am currently experience. They tell you to go through them with any issues in the unit and when you do they are slow to respond, dismissive and quite frankly rude. I had complaints for rook leaks, bathroom leaks, and valet trash services that were not getting picked up, and much more. I was met with passive aggressive emails and issues with staff not taking accountability. This has been a horrible ordeal and I currently pay over $4000 a month to stay in my small 2/2 apartment while my home is being renovated after a devastating natural disaster. I really hope things turn around for me so that I can finally experience some type of comfort and relief in 2022!

Nika and their staff (Angela and Tiffany specifically) provided a wonderful furnished apartment rental experience. They handled every aspect of my stay with the utmost professionalism. Any requests I made, such as for facility maintenance or to obtain an additional household item, was processed in a very timely manner. I also believe I received a great value for the cost of the furnished apartment in the Tampa area. Finally, they were very understanding, flexible, and accommodating with my temporary 6-months rental on military orders. I highly recommend Nika, and will definitely come to them first for my next corporate housing needs.
