Nike Factory Store, Pembroke Pines FL

Nice large store and many employees from what I saw. Not one person asked me if I needed any help. Mind you, I'm all decked out in Nike gear, once I found a few shirts and a pair of shoes for my 18 year old decided to pay and go. As you reach the registers there are items that entice. So, I always purchase both white and black socks usually as I get ready to pay. I started looking for my sock sizes and can't find any. I asked the person at the register about the sock situation and she gave me a very vague answer. If I ran a store like this I would love to stock the front counters with last minute items, neatly and keep on top of them. $ Thats how you move merchandise! Sorry, got a bit carried away, but yes, nice store but needs improvement. Lots of registers and not a long wait to pay. Parking available in front, rear and side of store You might get lucky and find a spot in front. Tons of other shops in this shopping mall.

Went to exchange items at Pembroke not to return knowing they were more sizes. Got there at 7: 25pm and doors were completely locked and store closes at 8pm. That is unacceptable. Nike store needs to work on that by the way there were 7 more customers standing outside and did not open. Unbelievable!

Had to return a birthday present for a different size, no receipt. The two employees working the front desk not only helped me exchange my items, but also ordered the correct size to be shipped to my home. That kind of customer service is rare these days…made my day!

Hit or miss, you feel you got a deal regardless, we always find something especially in clearance, just went In Sept, 2021 I jump from DSW and Nike for best deal with app coupons. Downloaded Nike app got code and saved a little.

Store was crowded, long line to checkout. Staff on floor was less than helpful but our cashier Jason was great and did the job of the floor staff in addition to his own.

They have a great variety of sneakers, great customer service.
Prices are good too, not too cheap, not too expensive. I got out of there with 3 pairs, for the price of one.

Awesome service from the team! They steped and provided a great customer experience whereas the Sawgrass Mills Factory store claimed that the NIKE.com 2 year warranty is was news to them and that they couldn’t pull up the receipt.

The store Manager Sherrell was helpful over the phone Yadiel was very empathetic to the whole situation created by the Sawgrass Mills location.

Patrick completed the transaction with Yadiel not even taking more than 10 minutes to complete the transactions and without holding up other customers.

I highly recommend shopping at this store also because to enter there are no lines where at the Sawgrass Mills you have to make a line regardless of what you are there for. It didn’t matter if it was in person or over the phone regardless of the manager the approach is to discourage you to waste your time even if you have a receipt they will claim they can do in warranty and send you to customer service 800 where the website and customer service clearly indicates that the store is supposed to provide the warranty claims. Be sure to safeguard those receipts because it will make your life easier!

This is my favorite Nike store! They always have great deals on my favorite running Apparel. There’s always a ton of clearance items to choose from, and every time I go there’s more things. Make sure to check out the shoes that are discounted in the back, there’s a lot of good finds.

This brand store is supposed to have a wide variety of Nike styles and sizes, on the contrary, most styles or sizes has to be ordered online because they just don't have them on stock at the store. So, what is it the purpose of a brick and mortar store if buyers can't find variaty?

It's a nice large store that serves all Nike products. If your fan I'm sure you're going to find something and then you're going to like.

Went to the store @ 627 SW 145th Street in Pembroke Pines. The store was very clean appeared to be well stocked. The only thing confusing about the store was the fact that I couldn't tell who worked there or not because the employees were not wearing name tags & were just standing around have conversations with one another & not really interacting with the customers or asking if they needed help.

Average Nike store. Sanitizer readily available at entrance. Staffing available for assistance.
