Nike Factory Store, Orlando FL

The store sucked! Big inventory but felt it was very disorgsnized and too many people in the store at one time scrambling to look for their shoes. I couldn't "Just do it" to shop there. It was a waste of my time and took off in my running shoes.

Premium Outlet location that isn't all it is to be. Was major crowded, with merchandise everywhere. The shelves we stocked but customers just place stuff where they wanted to. Prices didn't seem reasonable. If you want to shop here, just do it.

Doesn't seem to have the variety they usually do. It was a struggle to find stuff. Sizes non existent

Every time I come here the staff is always out of their way helpful and friendly, it’s extremely impressive. Every other outlet store I’ve been to about half of the employees are unhelpful or rude this joke factory store is such a refreshing surprise.

I had a really pleasant experience with one of the employees in particular, named Rakoy. He spent about 10 minutes making sure my birthday coupon gave me the best deal. My total was at 95 dollars he told me if I spend 5 dollars more I would get 20 % off so I added another pair of socks for 20 dollars and the socks came out to be totally free, if he don’t mention it I would have never known and missed out on my temporary coupon. He went out of his way to help which I very much appreciate. He also waited for me to download the Nike app and my coupon which took 5 minutes I apologized and he immediately brushed it off and said “it’s not a problem at all”

This is the best Nike Outlet in Orlando I would give 5 stars but this Outlet Mall is always impossible to park at.

I bought 3 shirts but you need more 2XL and 3XL. Everyone is not a skinny jeans wearing 135 pounds new millenial. I am 6ft 275 pounds original old school prototype male born in the 1960s. I know the skinny jeans are wearing the 2XL AND 3XL clothing when they should be in a size small or medium looking stupid.

All of the Nike store staff were super helpful and nice, even when it was busy. Malcolm checked us out and he went above and beyond with his service, super nice, had a good conversation and he was so positive! Hope he gets recognized for his excellent work!

I’m really enjoying my shoes, however i stepped on a pin in March of 2018 that went thru my shoes and got my foot. I limped for a few days, i made a store report, but it didn’t get infected and eventually healed but i never got a phone call, follow up email or anything concerning what happen.

Fantastic place with lots of bargains, promotions change week by week so you get great deals and prices on almost everything.

Found a lot of good deals but the line was very long in the middle of the week. But it's worth the wait.

I don't really like going to the outlets in the first place just because everything is so crowded but this particular store is one of the most crowded literally at all times.staff seems ok. Kinda hard to find staff when there are literal seas of people Most of the "deals" I see here really aren't deals. I wish there was a 3rd store here in Orlando with more shoe options.

Ricardo was very helpful, saved us 30% off and checked us out in the aisle so we got to skip the crazy long line

Great Nike location friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Great pricing as well as selection.

Shopped here during Holiday season. Super, super busy. Customers scattered everywhere. It was mayhem. However a few good employees were readily available to help, locate items and etc. Prices were reasonable but styles that were discounted we're limited.

Had very bad experience never go back again!
Cashier named Farrah and manager were very rude.very disappointed!

I may be a bit biased but loved their selection and prices during the first weekend in December 2017. If you need anything in your size that isn't on the shelf just ask a question and you may find some really hidden treasures. Only thing is selections can be hard for big feet gang but the discounts on what's available are sweet.

Love this store. Second time back in three weeks and both times I walked out with shoes. Had a slight incident with a employee looking at me and completely ignoring my wave for help but its okay because the gentlemen that did help me was more than helpful. I'm going to hope he was busy trying to do something being that when I was there it wasn't too busy. So for that I'll give 4 instead of 3. Good prices though and great shoes to choose from. Usually very helpful and friendly. This one time just wasn't the 5I would usually give. In fact they almost lost a sale if the other gentlemen hadn't saved the day.

Great typical Nike outlet store. Covers a range of discounted goods and non discounted. Worth the visit.
