Nike Factory Store, St. Augustine FL

Found what I was looking for at the right price. Friendly staff. The cashier actually said "thank you! ". Happens so seldom in retail any more.

Amazing shoes and clothing section. The best Nike outlet I have been to in FL for shoes hands down.

Mario was such a help! Great employee! Got us set up to save 15% on everything in the store and ordered sneakers that were not available in store for us. Was knowledgeable, cheerful, and helpful from the start of our shopping experience to the end!

I got there early and the crowd was pretty tame. The selection was still on the shelf. Though I saw the shoes I wanted unfortunately my size was sold out. But aye what can you do.

Staff can be stand offish on some occasions and great on others. Nike overall (online) is awesome!

Decent size store. I thought I would have found more sales but I didn't. Left with a lot of apparel so it was worth my trip just wish they had more sales on shoes.

Rudy was amazing at helping me and my daughter pick out some shoes. He made sure we were happy with our purchase before leaving.

Disappointed in this place. The only thing I can tell you look at your receipt before sliding your card.

This is not a complaint about the service in the store I've always enjoyed shopping at this location. However, I was in the store on Monday 11/22 with my wife and while we were there we both observed 2 young black females with large shopping bags from the Ralph Laren Polo going around the store stuffing products in the bags (shop lifting) they went from one side of the store to the other stuffing items into the bags. They eventually left the store and were picked up by someone driving a blue Nissan Murano. We inquired with the store employee asking if they had they seen what was taking place and they said that they didn't and even if they did there was nothing that they could do about it that store policy does not allow them question or pursue shoplifters. The store manager indicated that they were reviewing security camera footage of the store.
I understand the policy, but what prevents the store from allowing anyone with large shopping bags to enter the store unless they are making a return or exchange. It really bothered me that I get out and work HARD to be able to come into the Nike store and make a purchase and then see someone shoplifting hundreds of dollars of items. On their way out one of the girls said that they should have waited until Black Friday so I imagine that they will return when the store is more crowded. No, every shoplifter can't be stopped but you can make it hard for them if you don't allow the oversized bags to be brought into the store.

I don’t know what makes this place “outlet”. Just looks like last years stuff, barely marked down.
