Nike Miami, Miami Beach FL

The store is nice and cool. But the customer service is horrible, affecting your experience as customer. Please change the staff. This is my 3rd time visiting this store

Horrible and minimal selection. I went to get my 8 year old new sneakers and they legit only had 2 models of shoes available to pick from.

Good place with nice things, but the staff is bad. I do not recommend going, better go to the outlets where they treat you well. They lack a smile and good vibes.

As a fitness trainer I love te brand, but this location in specific NEVER has good deals, very expensive. The store is big and very nice but eventhoug that I live by the beach, I never buy anything here.

Beautiful shop, many oversized mannequins, wide choice for plus size women. I like this! Prices online.

This store has one of the worse sales reps. I went to purchase my first pair of NIke shoes and they told me Jordan’s are not real Nikes, my taste in shoes is stupid and they don’t have my size anyway. (Didn’t tell them my size) Do not go here. Never had this problem at a Vans Store.

Pity for the low level of organisation. Service is really chaotic, I guess staff need more training on how to serve customers.

Pablo the manager has cero customer service, could be more open to handle frustrated customers. I advance to train him better. I will stop buying Nike shoes.

Not too happy with our experience. Came to the store on May 18,2023 (13: 30) Juan made sure we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Juan was clearly bothered and annoyed. He did not want to be there and he made sure the customers knew. We felt uncomfortable to ask him for help.

This Nike store is really cool. They have a very large shoe/clothes selection and really great displays for all of their products. If you are thinking about whether or not you should go here.

Be careful with the deal. Sellers do not want to sell or serve. In the women's section there is a chubby man of color who is not friendly. I recommend the Nike outlets, there they serve you accordingly.

This business is a beauty. Its neat decoration and the display of the products displayed is very good.

Benjamin is a superstar! Knows his product like the back of his hand. I can’t wait to come back!

Worst manger ever

The shop located in the center, the sales associates are really nice and friendly but the manager!

I went there and after 2 mins I decided to buy a pair of shoes. It’s also on sale! When I wanna pay they told me that it’s a wrong price. Then the manager came to me said. He can’t accept his mistake. He will not give the wrong price. He was rude and arrogant. He left without finishing explaining me anything. I wrote an mail to Nike but no one cares! Amazing experience!

Would NOT go to this Nike store! Tried to get some regular Air Force Ones and once they brought them out they looked totally defected, glue everywhere, stitching ripping, and already looked worn and creased. I asked them to bring out a different pair due to this and they brought some out looking the exact same. I then asked why does their air forces look like this, the manager admitted that this shipment of forces came defected.and tried to give me 10% off.why are you guys even selling defected shoes? ! They should be thrown away.thank God I checked, but I feel bad for the customers who aren’t checking! Just a heads up!
