Nikki's Furniture & Decor, DeLand FL

My parents lost their home to the hurricane and so I told them to try this place out. I have never been before but always wanted to. So let me just say being a beach lover, I fell in love with this place. They have really neat stuff here. My mom got pretty much everything (and a lot more) from Nikki's. Her and Chris helped us out and were very professional even helping other customers.
My parents got a new couch they made piece by piece, a rug, computer table, decor for the bedrooms, side tables, etc. I can't wait to re decorate my house with these cool items. It's going to be really hard for me to stay away. Nikki and Chris made our stay feeling welcomed.
Thank you guys and can't wait to get them in their new home and maybe get some good luck coming in soon for them.

Customer service extremely poor. Make sure if you buy large items that they are not damaged or seconds cause the prices aren't. So they should at least be worth what you pay. Also make sure you check and recheck before you pay. Once they have your money service is all down hill.hey Nikki no cuss words.happy?

The furniture quality is higher than I expected, and there are a number of options available for the full sets.

I went there yesterday for the first time and was so impressed by both the politeness, knowledge and attentiveness of the staff (Nikki and her husband) and the store itself. We went in looking for a particular kind of piece- a coffee service buffet table, and not only found the perfect result for that, but also ending up buying some other furniture and art. Great, fair prices, unique selection and great staff. I am a big guy and like how the place was laid out with plenty of space and room to see everything you might be included to purchase. I like to decorate nautical, mid-century, and otherwise eclectic pieces that aren't common. Nikkis had it all. I would highly recommend.

If you love finding unique decor, mid-century modern, one-of-a-kind items, this is your place. The owners are the nicest people, as are their fur babies. You'll want more than one trip to this shop. LOVE it! We purchased one of their Fjords recliners for our new home. Will definitly shop there again and again. Highly recommend.

This great little store has so much to offer and so much to see, it might take multiple visits to see it all. By the time you get around to that, something new could have already come in. Not only does the store hold items to sell, but their warehouse holds much more you don't see.
With all the vendors they offer and armed with their expert knowledge, the owners Nikki and Chris, can help you make the right decision on just about anything.
Their delivery gentlemen are very hard-working and very professional. They're a pleasure to have around. The company really strives to offer an outstanding service and are very kind people. Currently, as it stands, deliveries are run during the week and usually not on the weekends. They always try to do what is best for everyone and can help plan out everything.
As winners of The Daytona Beach News-Journal's 2021 Best of the Best awards for Best Furniture Store and Best Interior Decorating/Designers, you can believe that they've done right by their customers and community to earn such an award. They used to originally buy and sell used and pre-owned furniture, but that ship has sailed and now they welcome in the New and Exciting. It may be disappointing to the people who always knew of it as a great place for used furniture, but in their words, the change has been good for them. It can get busy at times and if you need help from the owners, let them know and they'll do their best to help.

They deserve 10 stars instead of 5! They have a huge selection to choose from and are amazing at walking you through all your available options and the details behind them.

Their ship time was leaps and bounds ahead of any other furniture store I've visited by months and they actually got it to us the day after we moved in, which was fantastic!

Chris and Zac did the delivery and it was worth every penny! They were very charismatic, professional, and showed some pretty spectacular teamwork as they got everything prepared in a way to remove any chance of damage. I highly recommend!

First time here, drove from Daytona, not a bad trip at all! Store has great, unusual things for your home. Met Nikki and assistant and both were very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning.

An eclectic selection and a helpful staff. Can't find what you want? Ask! They know people and can help you find what you are looking for. If the prices are too high, keep an eye out - they have seasonal deals worth exploring.

To be fair: the place has a lot of unique items. If you liked it and didn't grab it - you may never see it again. It isn't like Big Lots where they restock the same stuff all season.

Everything about this place is awesome, the merchandise, the atmosphere, the people who work there, it's all just spot on. LOVE it! Will definitly shop there again, for gifts and for myself. Will recomend to my friends. Your missing out if you don't go. Staff is terrific, you can tell they are happy to be there, a rarity these days.

A really nice shop. Nikki was very helpful but we were disappointed. Doesn't wear a mask! What is up with that?

Love this store! A combo of new and gently used furniture. Everything from rustic to beachy available.

Great furniture store. Loaded with mid century modern gently used stuff. Looks like they survived the tornado.
