45We dealt with tony b and main manager Jose b. They had horrible customer service skills They lied about the car, the warranty. Wouldn’t budge on price of car even though it was misadvertised. Their trade in value offer was a joke. I wouldn’t trust these people or buy a car from them. They thought they were the best chevy dealer in town and that was very wrong. Go to coffin chevy ask for Daniel.
Chandler was extremely helpful in guiding me through the buying process. He let me know every detail about my new car.
Travis was very communicative and helpful during the process. I had a lot of questions and concerns and he answered them intelligently and patiently!

My fiancé and I just purchased a vehicle from here and we are very satisfied with the service that Luis Ortiz has given us. He was very informative with the vehicle and he helped us find the right finance company to purchase our vehicle.
I have purchased well over 30 vehicles from this dealership over the last 7-8 years and have always had a great experience working with their commercial fleet sales department. However, their service department is a total joke.
They are extremely disorganized and slow. In particular, the "truck shop" provides the absolute worst customer service I've ever received from any business I've ever interacted with, period. They don't pick up the phone back there and they don't call back in a timely manner, if at all, and the main service department has no idea what's going on back in the truck shop. In the last two days, I've called and left messages with them four times and have received no response. I pressed 0 and spoke with someone in the main service department who said they didn't even have any record of a vehicle we dropped off there four days ago.
In the last year in particular, repairs we've needed to have done have led to one debacle or another, whether it it be being called to say our vehicle was done, and then arriving to find out it wasn't actually done, or making arrangements to have a loaner car during service, then no loaner car being available, or getting an estimate for repairs, then subsequently making an appointment for service, dropping the vehicle off, and then being told to come back and pick the vehicle up because the part wouldn't be in for a few weeks. This in addition to never being able to get anyone to answer the phone or call you back.
Basically, the truck shop is nearly impossible to do business with. Over the years, service managers back there seem to come and go. I've interacted with a few managers who worked back in the truck shop that seem to have it together from time to time but they always seem to leave after a short time working there, probably because it's just too frustrating to work at a place as disorganized as this and have customers mad at you all the time.
Started out with a few hiccups trying to get my car serviced and I thought would be a hassel, the manager completely changed my opinion. He went out of his way to ensure I had great service and was completely apologetic for my first experience. Mistakes happen but the way this was handled showed very good leadership on behalf of this business. I look forward to being able to take my car back here when needed (especially since i saw they have a really cool kids play waiting area!)
This is a very nice dealership. This lot has plenty of new vehicles.
They do sell used recertified Pre-owned Vehicles as well. The offfice includes a nice cafe that provides free coffee. There is a sitting room and also a entertainment area for children that includes video games and a bouncy crawl as well as having accessories and driving simulator. They have everything you need to upgrade or repair with the truck service center.
More was I ever disappointed at Nimnicht Chevrolet I got there this morning at 7 a. M. Didn't leave till about 9: 30 all they were to do is wash my my truck and then I would be on my way.well I don't think they really washed it I don't know what they did back there for almost 2 hours I called to complain but no one ever tried to call me back apparently they just don't care I bought a vehicle there then you can bet I won't do it again
Daring was my salesman and was amazing. Carl was the finance manager and was amazing as well. In and out in 30 minutes. Can't beat that!
Buying a car has never been so easy. We told Shane O'Brien what we wanted and our budget and thsts what he showed us. He gave us the best options for us and did everything possible to make us happy. He went above and beyond. I felt like we were friends when we left. He helped me set up my OnStar, bluetooth and apps. He made sure I understood my car before I left the building. He has even texted me to make sure I love my car, now that's 5 Star Service! My husband gets a new car next and we will definitely be calling Shane.
I came in to purchase a car. I had Robert Or bobby he said he goes by both. He made the car buying experience one of the best I’ve ever had. He was very patient with my indecisiveness and didn’t make me feel rushed. I can see him going very far in this business. You can tell he is a man of integrity and that’s hard to find. If I’m in the market to buy again I’m coming to see bobby!
We enjoyed buying our new Silverado with salesman John Perez he was very knowledgeable in helping us get the truck we needed with less stress and right price for our budget. He was the best with all our buying needs.
Erie, my sales rep was courteous and professional. It was a fight to get the right price, but that’s a part of the game having to deal with the manager. Their closing was a little slow, and there was no owners manual in the car. Hopefully they can provide one, if not I will report back later. Overall I got a decent price on a non Chevy product which they had serviced at a European dealership, prior to my pickup, that was an unexpected bonus and a full tank of gas!
Nimnicht really has made my dreams come true. I got hooked up with Mr. Bob Griffith after someone totaled the last vehicle they sold me, I told him what I really wanted and what I could afford, and he walked that lot with me until we found the perfect feel for the perfect deal. An awesome experience and can’t wait to take some adventures with my new Silverado 1500 Custom! Thanks Bob and thanks to the Nimnicht Crew!

My husband sat for hours waiting on truck to his dismay, everyone was leaving at 7 while he was waiting. This morning he called to make appointment for oil change. Was told he would get a call right back.still waiting
Went with my husband today and had horrible service. We were left waiting in one of the offices for over 40 minutes while the man helping us roamed around outside. The manager was extremely rude, our insurance called because we just got married and we had to update everything and when I had to hand the phone to my husband she gave me the most disgusted look I’ve seen in my life. The man helping us didn’t even tell us his name, we had to look around the office to even find his name, he didn’t personalize with us or anything he was just wanting us to buy this brand new car that we weren’t interested in for close to double the price we were comfortable with. We were there for over an hour, most of it we spend alone in an office. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at a dealership. We weren’t given the managers name cause she didn’t introduce herself either but by looking around the office we found out the mans name was Kelvin. We will never be back, if they couldn’t help us it could have been said within the first 30 minutes of us being there (they reached out to us wanting us to trade in in the first place!). Our whole morning was spent with some of the rudest people ever.

Update 9-1-18: It has been a week since i bought the vehicle. Already had it in the shop due to a safety issue. The car is a lemon. Will update after dealing with this issue.
Just bought a car from them today. I am a very stubborn person. But Erie Gonzalez and his manager worked with me to get me what I wanted. It took all day, but i am leaving with the right car for me.
