Nine 12 Gateway, Altamonte Springs FL

Visited Nine 12 Gateway for a tour today and I was greeted with a smile from Chanel. I have not yet applied but the professionalism, cleanliness, location and the fact that it actually looked like the pics on line sold me. I watched the interaction of the staff and other tenants i immediately felt a sense of home. Thank you for the great tour and amazing customer service.

My experience has been so wonderful here. I unfortunately had to move for work, but I would recommend this place to anyone. Staff is super friendly, Lynn has always been wonderful! Maintenance is absolutely AMAZING, they truly go above and beyond to make your living as comfortable as possible. Amenities are great and neighbors are all friendly. 10/10 place!

Overall this community is a fine choice to live, and I highly recommend it

Pros:
-The staff pretty much make this place, especially Chanell. This is the first place where I felt like everyone there truly wanted me to enjoy where I live, and are always available to help with any issues that may arise.
-Fairly new build, apartment has everything you'll need
-Quiet location away from things but close enough to everything you'll need
-Excellent price point
-Water/Sewer is INCLUDED with the smart bundle that goes with the monthly rent

Cons:
-Walls and floors are thin; noise from neighbors is definitely something I notice
-Parking is plentiful but no covered parking unless you opt for a garage

The pros certainly outweigh the cons by a mile; there are a ton of sketchy complexes in the Orlando area; this one is not one of them!

We haven't been here too long yet, but we are LOVING it! The staff at 912 is AMAZING! From the start (with Sophia) and all the way to meeting Max for a few items, it's been great! Lynn and Chanell and William are wonderful, too. We are so excited to be starting the next chapter of our lives here. We love our location, how seamless Sophia made our transition and all the perks that you all offer. We are looking forward to a fun year (or more). Thanks so much for taking such great care to ensure our new home is everything we need and want.

I have lived here for 3 yrs; everything seem to be nice at first; but now it is NOT safe anymore; There are No security at all,
no cameras or gates to monitor the complex, only few cameras in office to protect their own property. Therefore, thefts recently broke into my building storage and stole my valuable stuff valued thousands of dollars as well as other neighbors. As I observe, most storages here have been broken into by thefts. Right now I feel like a nightmare to live here and worry that my apt room may be their next target. I will move out when my lease expires. If you feel safety is your first concern, I highly do not recommend this place!

Nine12 Gateway Apartment is absolute a pleasant place to live with a vacation type of experience large swimming pool and different nice outdoor places. The staffs are professional, friendly and supportive. They treat every resident as a family.

The community is beautiful and is kept clean. This is a great place to lived also because of their professionalism and promptness to responses. Had an issue in my apt and Maximo from the maintenance team came and was very professional and also explain what happened

I've been at nine 12 Gateway going on my second year. I love it here. It's very clean, quiet and well kept up inside and outside grounds are alway kept clean. Security here is safe, you never know whose watching but they are. The office management Lynn and Jose along with maintenance are great they are alway available for you when you need there help. I almost lost the opportunity to renew but Jose kept me updated on what was coming available for what I needed. This is a great team and a wonderful place to live. The picture you see on there website is just what this place look like and better.
They even have food yruck come even when you don't feel like cooking. Chanelle is great very nice representative. I love speaking with Sophia she alway has the answer you need and will make sure you are ok.

Lynn is a horrible property manager. She is aggressive, cruel, and doesn't understand the differences between public or private roadways and sidewalks. She actively does not care about your rights. She called the police on my friend for no reason. Don't live in this community unless you want the absolute worst property manager who will ultimately harass you, your delivery people, your friends, and to have an all around aggressive and hostile living environment from one of the worst people to live on this planet.

I have lived at the nine12 apartments for one month. The office personnel, Lynn, Sophia and Chanell, have always been friendly and very helpful. The complex is well-maintained. Any maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. Keep up the excellent work!

I love this quiet community. We are blessed to have such an excellent office staff. Lynn, Sophia and Bianca are pleasant and efficient. Wanda keeps our common areas clean daily and our Maintenece team is top-notch.
I look forward to the pool party this Saturday!

My 2nd consecutive year here, Overall I am pleased with the environment, location, cleanliness and amenities. Office staffs are very friendly.

Love living at Nine 12 Gateway. Always have fun stuff for us to do including food trucks and activities. Great place to live.:)

Shanel & Sophia in the leasing office are AMAZING. They are so sweet and answered all of my questions when I came for a tour & I love being a resident. The apartments are super nice and the amenities are superb.

Moved in September 2021, prior to moving in the complex did not have the apartment cleaned or anything. Had to have maintenance come in several times the first couple days to fix various issues - chips in the wall, zero water pressure across the unit, etc. We have two storage units, which have been broken into at least 3 different times with zero action taken from the management staff - no cameras, no deadbolts on the storage units, lack of access control to the building. Our friend also had his dirtbike stolen from a storage unit. Notified management on 6/2 we intend to pay the fees to break our lease, move out within two weeks and they request a full month rent for June rather than work with us on a prorated amount given the issues we've had over the last 10 months. Highly recommend avoiding this complex unless you are interested in nothing but headaches for the next 12 months. Only good thing about the complex is the lady working the reception desk - extremely personable, professional, and nice.

Not a resident, but I’m looking around. Their customer service has been stellar since my initial inquiry. It’s the small things that count

We have Lived here for about 6 years and no regrets.

José in the front office has been nothing short of kind, helpful and professional 100% of the time! It’s a great place to live with a wonderful team in place.

(I wanted to give 4.5 stars but wasn't successful in doing so. The staff is the best in town as is Nine12. It's like living in a resort. The things that could be better are adding better and more recycling options around the property and closer attention to keeping all equipment in the business center in working condition on a consistent basis (e.g. Printer, paper, mouse, keyboards, computers).

The maintenance team here is one of the best I’ve ever had, especially William, he is the most attentive and makes his job a priority which is very rare to find. I highly appreciate him for all his work.

This is a nice place to live. The apartments are nicely-appointed and comfortable. An on-site police officer brings a feeling of abundant security. Also notable: a very nice 24/7 Resident Center and a fitness center with plenty of machines, weights and space. The people who work here are pleasant and easy to work with. It has been a pleasure to be part of the 912 community.
