Nipa Hut Bar & Restaurant reviews
27 Cons: We were served with Lechon Kawali that wasnt cruchy, overcooked in used cooking oil. The Spaghetti with not enough Tomato Sauce and cheese.
Pros: The Pork barbeque, Pork sisig and Halo halo were good.
As I walked in to Nipa Hut I felt so at home. My server Daryll was excellent and explained the menu to me. I decided to order the Pork Adobo with Garlic Fried Rice. The portions are so huge and it was so delicious and flavorful. I had it home for leftovers.i ordered 2 special drinks which were a coconut drink and Filipino Lemonade which definitely quenched my thirst. For dessert I made sure I ordered Halo Halo. Thank you Daryll for making my first Dining experience enjoyable. Please recognize Daryll for his hard work has not gone unnoticed!
Food was excellent. Waitress was nice. We just didn't like she keeps calling us ate. That's the Tagalog way of addressing someone in a polite way but over doing it, just cancel the ate part. Call someone ate if they're obviously old woman.
Great Filipino food a little hard to find at night because of the lighting is dark on the front and entrance is on the side had some great bands playing
I was looking forward to eating here due to the good reviews. We were a party of 5 adults and 1 child but charged an automatic party of 6. Server Mark C.seemed like he did not want to be at work despite the $200 bill- no worry to him because he automatically got a tip. Shame to say I was not satisfied with the service. Food was ok, I have had much better at competing Filipino restaurants, even food trucks. Hostess was nice but it was downhill when server Mark was at our table. Will NOT be back again. I wished I celebrated my birthday elsewhere.
This NEW Nipa Hut Bar and Restaurant is really awesome! Located on 192 (Irlo Bronson Highway) in Kissimmee, FL.only minutes from the Disney Parks, is a must GO TO if you are craving for Filipino food. The new location (just down the Street from the old) is larger and their menu includes a lot of Filipino favorites (BBQ, Sinigang, Dinuguan, Inasal chicken, Adobo, Kare-kare, lechon on weekends (the real lechon), pancit, sisig, lechon kawali and much more). They also serve favorite Pinoy breakfast like tapsilog, tocilog, dasilog longsilog and others. If you want Pinoy snacks, they have those too. They also carry Magnolia ice cream, Goldilocks products, pandisal, pandi-ube, puto, hopia, garlic roasted peanuts, and a lot more. Hey, if you are up to it, they also have karaoke at night. Check their website for more info, more options, and pricing. Highly recommended!
