I had a terrible experience with this mattress. The matress has a big warp after only a few months of use and the sales person has not been helpful and seems like he does not know what he is doing. I’ve sent him several messages and my wife has been suffering of back pain and can’t sleep. I want my money back or I’m going to look for a lawyer.

I bought a mattress about a year ago. The product is good but not worth the $ 6,000 charged, you will find great mattresses on the market for half that amount. This product is very expensive to feed the Multi-level marketing network (MLM).
But the problem comes later, they ask for your account number to activate auto pay. In my case I had several unauthorized debts, leaving my account with a negative balance, generating fees at the bank and decreasing my credit score. I contacted the seller several times and he said that the problem would not be his. I contacted the company that said it was not finding duplicate debts.
I had no other alternative, I went to the bank and reported fraud in duplicate and unauthorized charges. The bank investigated, found the error and returned the amounts charged to me in error, but the fees and the credit score cannot be recovered.
I do not recommend!
