I went here and met Pauline and all my hair drama is under control! Pauline is professional, personable, and she works wonders with my hair without overpricing. She actually cares for your hair and gives you what you need, not unnecessary stuff to make a buck. It was hard to find someone to care for my hair after moving from NY and leaving my hairdresser who has taken care of me for years. I highly recommend Pauline!

About a week ago I was so bored I decided to dye my hair green once I was done I looked horrible. Desperately in need for someone to fix what I’ve done Nirfa definitely gave me a makeover. I don’t know how she did it but she managed to get it all out and turn me into someone who now loves highlights. I walked out the salon feeling so beautiful! I decided to try this salon for the first time and ended up having the worst experience. Unfortunately, the one doing my hair was the owner who processed to speak Spanish about me with a another client. One should never make assumptions about anyone by looking at them because you never know what that person had knowledge of. That’s not even getting into how my hair turned out. I guess I’m still on my journey to find a hairdresser.

They are legit! You talk about a great wash, she really worked your scalp. The blow dry was just like NY/NJ, especially when she pulled out that little comb to catch the back and the front hairs to get them straight. They move quickly and the the place was spotless. Even though it was a little pricey, I would return for their services.

Nirfa took her time in making sure my curls were cut perfectly! I haven’t had my hair cut in over a year and now I can finally see my curls back! And at a great price which is even better! She even gave me some tips on how to maintain it. I highly recommend her for curly hair. Thank you Nirfa!

Nirfa came as a recommendation to me. First visit went well although she had me down for the wrong time. Second visit, HORRIBLE! I will never go back! Arrived early, sat for 30 mins waiting for Nirfa along with another client. Nirfa still hadn't shown up so another Dominican lady started on my hair. I asked for a simple blow out and trim. I had one area in my crown that was fragile and shorter than the rest, this lady showed me the area. I said yes I know. She then proceeded to pull the already short, wet hair with her hand to show me how fragile it was in that spot. I ALREADY SAID YES I KNOW! Now she stands there with my hair in her hand that she broke off! What was the purpose of that? ! I will never go here again although Nirfa is good, this lady was a bad representation of Nirfa's shop!

Nirfa is FANTASTIC! I live in the Cayman Islands and she is the person I go to for my hair care when I’m in Wesley Chapel. I’m Black and my hair is ordinarily frizzy even with a perm, but she slays it TOTALLY and it stays silky for at least a week. I’m pretty active, so by then I’m ready to wash it. But her prices are reasonable enough for me to see her weekly, even leaving a generous (and well deserved) tip.

Pauline is the only one I let touch my hair. I relocated from NY and thought I’d never find someone to do my hair. Then I found Pauline. She’s named hair guru in my phone for a reason. Now my whole family goes to her whenever they can. She knows her stuff. Doesn’t matter what race you are or type of hair you have. Male, female - she’s got you. Your hair will thank you.

Best salon places I visit. The owner is friendly and she does a great job cutting, straight and all. Love it
