The staff have a really bad customer service, doctor shanmugam it’s different story but the team they out of empathy they don’t care about the patience

Always on time with check in and get in to see the doctor on time, but i loveee Dr. Shimmunga soo much she is very caring, very understanding, always interesting into patients well being always check to make sure everything is ok and still recheck on everything to make sure everything is good

I think Dr shanmugam is a good doctor with a lot of knowledge but the office is a different story. They need to hire different stuff for the front office. Not all the people there have bad customer service but most of them need to go back to school and learn how to treat the patient.

The ONLY thing great in the office is Dr Shanmugam, an excellent physician, the quality of service is between poor to non'existing, they never even bother to replay to any request for medicine prescriptions.

Nothing except for the provider Dr Shanmugam was excellent very professional but the team that works at the office does not have idea what are they doing they call me to get my personal information and gave me the wrong address for my fist visit and the second appointment they still texting me the wrong address and the person who spoke with me refuse in front of me that she spoke with me so I called the office and she answer me and I told her see I spoke with you and you told me your name is Amy

Pretty good Dr, but expect to spend the whole day because your appointment time means nothing. Almost 2 hours after my appointment time and still waiting to be seen.

The Dr has amazing bedside manor and I would never go anywhere else. She really cares about her patients!

Received a bill for nearly $400 and have tried calling to get an itemized bill. Have not received a call back nor have they answered their billing phone line. If you call it they just make you wait in silence, no acknowledgement that you're on the line or that someone would be with you. Don't use this office, they just want to take your money.

I was recommended to Dr. Shanmugam and she and her staff were professional and efficient. My wait was minimal. My procedure was handled quickly and efficiently as well. I’m going back five years later, expecting the same experience.
