I had refreshingly good service here. I brought my Murano in knowing I needed extensive repairs and the mechanic actually sat down with me to go over each individual repair. I could tell he was genuine in his care for me and my car. Service members were very attentive to me and made sure I was in the loop the whole day while my car was being repaired. At 247k miles, I was planning on selling my car soon but the repairs were done so well I guess I’m keeping her:)

All the service staff has changed and not sure what to think, I will add to post when I see things that their supposed to check on the security+ gold warranty covers or not when they get back with me.

First off, waited at the counter for 20 minutes because of mess ups on the service center end. Then was told I would be notified when my car was going to be done and was left with the impression that it was going to be done by that same day. When 5: 00 PM rolls around, I have still not received a phone call. So then I call to find out that the part isn’t there and that I am going to have to wait till the next day…alright. The next day comes and I haven’t found anything out and it’s noon. So once again, I call them to ask about my car to find out it’s done. Great can the shuttle come and get me (like I was told they would) so I can get my car? They said yes. Waited an hour, nothing. Called again and said there was a miscommunication. Waited another half hairy and then decided to walk there. It was an hour walk and I got. 3 miles away and waited for almost three hours to get a call and text from them saying they can get me. Don’t go there unless you plan on making a vacation out of it. Wouldn’t recommend and should find local mechanic to do work. Outrageous for a door motor replacement and oil change and rotate and balance. Almost $1300. Do your research before you choose them.

Sleazy, unprofessional, and desperate. Save yourself time and the negative energy by just working with anyone but these people. They will not leave you alone and will try to ruin your credit for months after you are no longer dealing with them. I gave them approval to run a credit report 6 weeks ago…I opted for another vehicle and made that clear to them but they still have been running my credit application through as many banks as they can since then…I’ve literally received 12 letters from different banks and I’ve already bought my car. Ridiculous.

Denva McKenzie, sales consultant, was very professional and knowledgeable. He had patience and did not pressure us into a sale. He was very attuned to our wants.

Representative in service told me repeatedly how busy the store is. Perhaps too busy for my dollars. Will not be a Nissan owner much longer. Wil definitely look into after care ratings before my next brand purchase.

A sales person called me to ask if I wanted to sell my vehicle. Just after the estimate of $1,900 to repair the vehicle. The vehicle was repaired at a different location, without being ripped off by their salesperson or their service department.

The only complaint that I have is that they recommended new windshield wipers on my brand new car.they said that they did not wipe properly and they work fine.wanted to charge $60.21 point checkup should only be done if I ask for it not automatically.

Where to begin. Dealerships are stressful, you never think you’re getting a good deal. This dealership will be honest from the start and not waste your time. No changing things or adding things or tricks to get you in the door. Drove from Daytona to this dealership after bypassing two closer ones whom only wanted to cheat you out of an honest deal. Traded in my lease an left very happy because I was treated professionally and respected. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Chandler Davis and his manager John were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were professionals and did not pressure us during the process

I feel that I would not do business with this car dealer again. They overcharged me for my car. I purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport SL. I paid around $31,000. I think I could have bought a new one for that price.

Came up to Nissan today trying to buy a brand new car due to unforeseen circumstances we weren’t able to get a brand new car but the sales manger John bebar came up to us with a different option and was able to get us approved and our the door with no headache the car sales man Ie'leke was just as awesome from start to finish he explained everything to us and was great overall.

Would be 5 star.but I asked for a wash that supposedly included in service and for the 2nd time.it wasn't done. 1st time was for an oil change.this time ac condenser replacement.

We came in to Nissan of Melbourne want a new car but couldn’t afford it. So our car sells man Ie’ieke convinced me to get a used car rouge and I am happy with it for my first car in my name.

Very helpful and friendly staff, work done on time like promised. Didn’t try to over sell me.

Not too bad of service, but they are salesman. Found a decent used SUV, so far so good. 8k for vehicle and 10k out the door.
