Great experience there! Left the car on Friday night and picked it up on Saturday morning. They sent the inspection and recommended repairs to my phone so approving anything was easy. Pictures included.
Friendly and knowledgeable staffs. They will give you a great atmosphere when waiting for your services done. And you will not be waiting too long because they do their jobs very quickly

I ended up with the same dealer Joshua and LeRoy (finance agent) to help me. They originally help me buy my first car which was a Nissan Versa, which I had bad luck and was a little upside down. But but the grace of God with my fathers help and all of us working together. I’m glad I ended up with my new 2020 Nissan Altima! After weeks of emailing back and forth with Jason Gomes I finally called and setup a test drive in the Nissan Rogue Sport. Jason was very knowledgeable of the cars abilities didn’t leave anything out while explaining how everything works. Continued to help while going thru all of the paperwork made me feel at ease was worried of making the right choices. After my time with the finance officer who was another big help, Jason offered to help me clean out my old car, told him that wouldn’t be necessary but, kept coming to the lot and checking on me. Before I left he took me around to introduce me to some of the people in the service department look forward to working with them. Then, it was back to car to do a quick review then I headed out. Thanks Jason for everything I would strongly recommend that if you visit, you ask for him.
The 1st loaner car smelled of smoke. The smoke permeated your clothing. My service guy was out, no one returned my phone calls during his absence.
Jose was a terrible service center agent, he was rude and unprofessional. Treated us like we weren’t important and that our time wasn’t valued. He’s a very lazy service person, answer phones while you’re speaking to him. If I have to deal with him again I will not use courtesy Nissan again!

Great customer service from the service advisors. I usually make appointments with AJ, because I know I will be treated well. He is friendly and professional. I appreciate his clear communication and respectful attitude. I drive an hour to have my vehicle serviced here because I am comfortable with their professional, quality service.
This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. There are a bunch of thefts and liars. Lying into the customer's faces and unnecessarily running credit to every bank possible. This people have been running my credit and applying me to different banks when I didn't sign to lease or finance a car. They have no decency or loyalty. They are bunch of rocheaces then man in there. I would love for a manager to to even try to reply. They never do. Don't get your time wasted with this people if there's the ability to rate this people with negative starts I would.
Unfortunately i had to rescind my previous 5 star rating.i’ve tried reaching this dealership because i purchased a vehicle from this dealership they were supposed to send a check to my lien holder for the vehicle i traded in.the new loan booked with no payoff completed.how can you send off documents to book a loan but not have the same urgency to pay the vehicle off.i called general manager and the salesperson i worked with and was unsuccessful. I left two messages and received nothing back. I am now responsible for the late fees because of this dealership.you can never get anyone on the phone they just transfer you around.completely unprofessional i would never recommend them. The lack of communication is what is frustrating.they blow your phone up when you want to purchase a vehicle but can’t return phone calls when something is wrong.stay far away if you have a trade in
I recently bought a car at Courtesy Nissan dealership. My sales person Mo (Mohcine Zidouhia) was friendly and transparent throughout the process. Overall, I had a very nice and good experience and was able to purchase the vehicle that I needed on the same day. Mo is an exceptional and awesome person to deal with and made my buying experience a pleasant one.
