Worst service department I've ever been to. I've owned Nissan for 15+ years in several states.
During my appointment, they decided to rotate my tires without my permission, acknowledgment, or documentation. They did not balance the tires they rotated and created a major drive issue. When I called to ask what they had done to my suv they initially had no idea the tires had been rotated and once it was comfirmed told me I needed to pay like $100 to have them balanced. Umm, no. That's not right.
Asked to change the TV station in the lounge area while I was waiting for my auto service. Gentleman in cashier booth said he was told not to. I went to service manager and she said they have no remote to change station. You mean to tell me Reed Nissan can't afford a universal remote control? I was upset.
Very attentive, good customer service. Appointments are readily available, and the waiting time is reasonable. The waiting lounge is comfortable, and I appreciate all the coffee flavors, lol.
Great service! They were polite and friendly. They kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle throughout my time at the dealership.
Excellent customer service came in with no appointment the service department did a full.ppint inspection then it was sent to my phone all us well bless up
Really bad service. I got there a 12: 30 and for some reason my paper work was clocked at 1: 10 pm. I was told the the waiting time for oil change was 1.5 hours wich is ridiculous. I spoke to a supervisor and nothing was done.
My husband went in for 1 oil filter, $20 she went back and was gone for 15 mins, came back with the wrong one, left again, about 10-15 minutes later, came back with 2 oil filters, and tried to sell those 2 for $30.don't need 2.these people don't know what customer service is, nor do they care, that was pretty OBVIOUS.glad I don't drive a Nissan
