Nitrogen Bar, Grill, and Sushi, Jupiter FL

Hair in take out order and no call back from manager. What a disappointment and unacceptable; never again.

Ate an early dinner. After we ordered we saw that other tables were given happy hour menus but we weren't. I would have liked to order an $11 sushi roll off the happy hour menu but because I did not know it was happy hour we got $20+ sushi rolls.

Sashimi pizza did not taste fresh.
Nitrogen roll was good but overpriced.
Edename was super tasty
Shrimp tempura roll was great

Man I had the best time everything I ate was delicious the sliders, the curry chicken the tater tots the chicken wings when I say everything I mean everything was great! Server was amazing have to go back!

The perfect little joint, craft cocktails, the food is outstanding with fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Great place for date night.

I've given this place 3 chances but it always finds a way to strike out with service and seriously long wait times from the kitchen. One time they were completely out of sake (hot and cold both!), and our server was high. She looked high, she acted high and when we jokingly asked her about it she said she "smoked up" before her shift. The place is always at 50% capacity when I happen to be there so I've got no clue why the servers are consistently inattentive or why the kitchen can't get it together. Too bad because the sushi is decent and the wagyu burger is pretty great, but I won't be back.

Unexpectedly cool atmosphere on the inside, service is prompt and relaxed with no rush to eat quick and leave. Food is delicious and the drinks are festive and tasty. A real recommend.

Update. I went back and the surf n turf roll is now 31 so not a bad price increase. I had the wagu meatballs tonight and they were quite tasty. But the sashimi was just excellent! It melted in my mouth!

Beautiful environment! I decided on the surf and turf roll $29 but I only ate half! You can certainly share it! Super bartender who made fabulously amazing cocktails!

French will follow! In French at the end! Food was great, service was great, atmosphere was great as well. Wine was above expectations! THANK YOU!

Initially, the service was good, meal recommendations excellent, server was friendly. As time went by, we needed a check since we had tickets to a show. I had to go to the waitress at the bar twice to get the check. I also had a Groupon which would have taken $20 off the check, but the waitress said it did have the barcode so I couldn't use it! In addition, I observed the servers with pretty poor general hygiene with a young man repeatedly touching his hair and face - I didn't see him washing/sanitizing his hands. The Receptionist at the front had no personality at all. Finally, I'm a licensed/registered RDN dietitian/nutritionist and food service expert and I was appalled by what I saw. I won't be returning to this establishment.

I don’t get the hype. This place has been highly recommended in our local popular site. Small place. Drinks were mediocre. The seafood pizza was very good, but everything else we had was mediocre. I was not impressed. I think I will pass another trip here.

This place is real find!
We came here for after dinner drinks. (We heard they had a phenomenal whiskey selection.they did NOT disappoint!)
We didn't get a chance to eat. But will definitely be back after hearing the person next to us at the bar say that it was the best stake he had in his life.
If you are looking for a good vibe and good food I would check this place out!

We go as often as we can. The food is always excellent and the hospitality is second to none.

A hidden gem! The food is unique and absolutely delicious. The owner/head chef is creative, personable and truly cares about the guest experience. Their coleslaw isn’t the creamy kind but fresh, kinda pickled and spicy. Goes with everything. Can’t wait to go back!

Delicious! I’m a Jupiter local that had never eaten at Nitrogen before but will now be a repeat diner! It was a great relaxing experience with fun vibes, and delicious food. Great service, great food selection, and the kimchi cabbage is out of this world! The food was definitely worth the wait. Owner and chef Charles McCann was extremely gracious when my sister & I wanted to take his mind blowing kimchi cabbage as our dish to my brother’s 50th birthday celebration…it was a hit, so thanks Chef Charles!
If you live in Jupiter or simply passing through, I highly recommend Nitrogen as a place to stop in and eat.

The food was great and would return just for the food. We particularly loved the broccoli dish and the pepper dish. Service was slow and when we asked our server, Dana, questions, she literally rolled her eyes several times like she couldn’t be bothered. I don’t think she smiled once.
