After they inspected, and gave a wrong assessment, (incompetent) we had to hire a real professional to confirm what they thought was an issue. Stay away from these clowns! They try to substantiate there
Fee by finding stuff that is not there.

They came over to inspect the house as they were contracted, however they left and did not turn off the appliances (range/Oven) and let he water run. They just left without regard to fire hazard or water damage, unconscionable. Two thumbs down find someone else that actually cares.
