The vehicles a bit older, very clean, and more than met our need. Customer service is excellent. We had some difficulty with our first rental. However, they responded immediately and had a replacement delivered before we could finish lunch. The value, for the area cannot be beat.

We called the owner Abraham, after Budget ran out of rental cars at the airport. Abraham immediately set us up with a great car, at a very fair price. We were thrilled with the service. They even offer service to and from the airport for a modest fee. We will never rent from the ‘big boys’ again. From now on, we will only book with No Frills!

I am a local remodeling contractor and my work van recently died on me. After searching online for the best option for an immediate car rental, I was met with rude people and very limited options, not to mention outrageous prices. After an entire day of frustration and another missed day of work a friend of mine told me "Try 'No Frills' off of Ulmerton. " Thank goodness I did. They were very helpful and had me driving in a very clean and comfortable vehicle within a half hour at a very reasonable price. I ended up using their services for over 3 weeks. And should I be in need of a rental again, they will be the first and only rental service I'll ever be calling. Thank you No Frills for a very comfortable experience during a very inconvenient time.

Reservation as requested, price as quoted, they even lined up our ride to Tampa Airport after dropping off car.

No Frills was much more affordable. Half the price of some other places we looked. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The check in/out process was seamless. We didn't have any problems with the vehicle. Would definitely rent from them again.

the car was awesome and so was the staff there. I even had to bring
the car in a little late with no extra charge I though that was great.

Beware! Do not rent from this place unless you want to be ripped off. The man at the desk was a liar, had an explosive temper and threatened us with violence. I reserved an economy car that wasn't available the day of pick up. I was offered another car with a significant upcharge. I was quoted that price a over the phone. The price went up again when I picked up the car. Then, I was charged $10 for tolls although I intended to drive locally. He said he would refund the $10 if I brought the car back with no toll charges. The charge was not refunded. He said he changed his mind. I got taken because the reviews were good and the price seemed reasonable. I ended up spending more than I would've with a reputable firm.

This is the 3rd time I have rented from No Frills Auto. Money is not an issue to me but I refuse to spend big money on a rental pay a deposit and give it to a big company. I would rather buy local and help a small business. My Porsche was getting fixed The car they gave me got me from point A to B. I will rent from them again and for anyone writing bad reviews what do you except it is called No frills it is a great way to save money vs paying big money for a rental I will spare no expense for my own car but will save on a rental. I Highly recommend and will to my friends It was a Great experience all 3 times.

Our van was in the shop for a week so we needed a rental. This was the best price I could find anywhere. The car ran great and we didn't even come close to using the alloted miles. We will use and recommend this business to anyone looking for a rental in the future.

The rental manager Ibrahim Alkobha was very awesome. Gave me a great deal in my time of need. If I ever need to rent again I know where to go. Will recommend to friends and family

I just returned my Kia soul after having it two weeks. The rate is fine. Nice enough guys (Mo and Ibrahim) at first. BUT, about a week into the rental we got a lot of rain. On my way home the car would hydroplane and drift uncontrollably into other lanes. I discovered the car's two front tires were completely bald. I called and Ibrahim had me come in to replace the tires. I left work early to do so. The owner Ibrahim had the tires ready and paid to have them swapped out. That's the first issue: RENTING A CAR WITH TWO BALD FRONT TIRES. AN UNSAFE CAR.

ISSUE 2: I called Friday to let them know I wasn't able to return the car until Saturday morning as my wife was out with the other car at a doctors appointment. No one said anything about being charged an extra day, and at no point did anyone tell me there was a drop box for keys. I was at their office at 9: 30 am the next morning, when they told me I was being charged the extra day. Mo had me take the car to get another $2 worth of gas with my wife and kids waiting. Admittedly I'm very upset at this point. Ibrahim gets on the phone and I tell him I'm not paying the extra day. I threaten social media posts detailing my experience and he proceeds to call me a "tough guy" and to come in Monday and "talk to his face. " In the end, they were holding my $200 deposit, so I had no choice but to pay the $40 extra for having the car parked at my house an extra night.

I definitely should have paid more attention and checked the tires before renting the car, but the car shouldn't have been on the lot in the first place - in that condition.

I guess I just expect a little more (in customer service) from a local business owner when we make a conscious decision to shop local vs going to an Enterprise for example.

Unfortunately, Ibrahim will never have my business again. Make sure you perform a thorough inspection before renting a car from No Frills Auto. AND DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE DROP BOX!
