My mom purchased a 2016 Nissans Maxima from here. They lied about fixing issues and here it is 9 months in my AC compressor has went out. They rigged up paystubs and I am calling the finance company to tell what they did. They are all liars especially Sean. He did not keep his word on none of the promises he made. I will never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them. They only want money and nothing else

Buyer Beware! If you choose to shop here, don't trust anything they say and be sure to get a Carfax report before anything else.

We were interested in a 2015 Ford Transit cargo van. They allowed us to take it to our mechanic for an inspection, and he discovered that the odometer differed from the Carfax service history. According to Carfax, the van was last serviced in February of 2023 and had 183,623 miles. The odometer read 99,135 miles. That is a discrepancy of nearly $10,000 in value.

When we returned to the dealership, we confronted Julio with this information and he produced an Experian report showing the last reported mileage of 97,907.from September of 2019. He was completely unbothered when we pointed out that by his records, this delivery van was only driven 1200 miles in 4 years. If I were in his shoes, I would have been angry at whoever sold the vehicle to me. Either they didn't care that they were duped.or they were in on the scam.

We had placed a deposit to hold the vehicle for 24 hours while we arranged financing and got the inspection. Because of the incorrect mileage, we asked for our deposit to be returned, and Julio said it would be sent via Zelle by 5: 30 PM, and perhaps as soon as 4 PM. At 5: 30, we returned to find out why no payment had processed. The manager, Carlos, told us it wouldn't be ready until 6. When we asked why, he started getting upset. Then, the time started changing. He claimed that only the owner could process the refund, and he was driving, so it would be 7: 00 or 7: 30 or 8: 00. We said we'd be glad to wait at the dealership until we received the refund, and he grew progressively angrier. Eventually, he kicked us out of the building and into the parking lot.

Once outside, we called the Jacksonville Sherriff's Office. Carlos got really angry and asked us to leave. The dispatcher said it would be best, so we waited in the parking lot next door for an officer to arrive.

A few minutes later, someone claiming to be a friend of Carlos walked up. We told him what happened, and he went back to talk to Carlos. A few minutes later, he returned with our deposit in cash. As he left, he said, "Be careful buying used cars. " We were glad to finally have our money back, but this whole exchange could not have been more suspicious. Where did this cash come from? Whyte didn't Carlos just give it to us instead of causing a scene? I have so many more questions, but I'm sure the only reason we got our money back is because we called the police. If an officer wasn't on the way, I doubt the "friend" would have walked up.

After all of this, the biggest lesson is to pull your own Carfax report, even if you have to pay for it yourself. If we had done that first, we could have saved the $65 inspection fee. Don't trust what this dealer prints out. Don't trust what the salespeople say. Don't leave a deposit unless you're ready for a fight to get it back.

BTW, this dealer shows several similar vans sold on Facebook Marketplace under the name Brsp Carbrsp and all have suspiciously low mileage for their age. I have to assume that all of their vans, and perhaps most of their other cars have been tampered with.

My spouse has already posted a description of our experience, but I wanted to add a few details.

Our mechanic discovered that the odometer was about 100,000 miles less than it should have been, and when we confronted Carlos, the manager, he got very angry and rude. He wouldnt let me finish my sentence before jumping in. He didnt even apologize, and dared me to call the cops (which we did). When we asked him to return our refundable deposit, he swore that there was no way he could do it, but that the owner would send us the money before the end of the day. We pushed him to figure out a way, and he blew up. As he got angrier, the promised time got later. 6 PM, 7: 30 PM, 8 PM. I think he was just pulling times out of thin air and had no plan to return our money. It was only after an officer was on his way that he miraculously found cash to pay us back.

This place has 3 stars on Google and 3* on Facebook Marketplace, and that's generous. There's a reason they have such low ratings. I'd bet that given how they tried to cheat us with the odometer, they probably paid for the few positive reviews they have. My advice is to run away as fast as possible. If you have to shop here, buy your own Carfax report (not the Experian one they provide), have the vehicle inspected, and get everything in writing. They won't honor what is written, but at least you'll have evidence when you hire a lawyer and talk to a judge.

On Google, they are No Problem Auto Sales, but on Facebook, they are Brsp Carbrsp, and the paperwork says Safeway Auto Group. They asked us to send our deposit via Zelle to the salesperson's personal bank account. They gave us a receipt, so I let it go at the time, but in hindsight, everything about this business is suspect. In fact, the business page on Google says that they claim to be a "women-owned business". Carlos mentioned the owner several times and ALWAYS used masculine pronouns to describe him. It looks like just one more example of this business lying to get you in the door.

Do not trust these place. They alter the odometers to cars. My mechanic runa CarFax report and it did not match the mileage. Car has 100,00 miles more than what it currently has. Very suspicious!

I purchased a truck about 5 months ago still can’t legally drive it because I still haven’t been given a title after selling them my old truck and paying the difference for the new one. I can’t register is or anything and when I try to come to a solution I get a run around and no solution to the problem.

Working with Carlos has been a horrendous experience. I drove a Mercedes ML350 back in October and as soon as I drove it, I knew it had major issues as there was a knocking noise, check engine light on, it sputters and stutters etc. The check engine light was turned off with a code reader just before I drove it - long enough to make me think it was good.nope. They didn't anticipate me seeing this shady move. Carlos, owner, talked me into purchasing the vehicle anyway and that he would fix the issues and gave me a warranty for engine/transmission. I thought ok, its on paper, we agree, he will fix it. Well, that was at the end of October 2022. As of today, March 13,2023, I am still fighting with Carlos on fixing my vehicle as he promised. This is a work vehicle and I have barely used it since I purchased it. Looking back at my purchase paperwork and actual miles on the car, he had it listed as one year newer than it actually was and 30k less miles than it actually had on it.

I would have NEVER bought a vehicle in this mechanical condition without a warranty. The check engine light is still on, it has never gone off despite him taking the vehicle back twice, supposedly putting a whole new transmission in it (yeah right), telling me its fixed, charged me an additional $500 (for what, I still don't know!) only to get the vehicle delivered back to me to see the light still on, knocking noise still there and sputtering like its going to fall apart. I have no transmission paperwork from any shop or mechanic etc.

I had the vehicle towed back to his shop today, second time. I told Carlos over text to fix it for REAL or I am going to the police, Better Business Bureau, Facebook Marketplace where I found the ad. I will be THAT customer until he fulfills his end of the bargain. I am thoroughly disgusted, disappointed and will never buy a car again from a dealership like this again despite agreed upon terms on paper or not. This lived up to the stereotype of slimy, used car salesman/dealership. If you're in the market for a car. RUN!

I would think twice before going to this dealer have my car within 3 months has some issues you have to watch out really for Sean he makes a lot of promises and say that he's there for any issues that you'll have with the car and it was all a lie. Every time I try to call him text him you don't want to respond just very unprofessional all they want you to haul in and grab the car take you're down payment and whatever happens after that it's on you best to go to a real dealer you can't deal with these people they just try to take from you I'll make sure everybody knows this every month I'll be making a review on Sean don't trust them

Others said that this car seller likes to lie very much. I thought about it and gave it a try. It turned out to be as others said, very dishonest person, I tell you the same as those reviewers, do not buy a car from this dealership, do not do any transactions, poor character, lost credit

I saw their add on Facebook and decided to apply. The next day I spoke with Sean who invited me to come look at the vehicle I wanted. I met Sean and Matt and they are so cool. Friendly would be an overstatement.very welcoming and professional. They did whatever they had to in order for me to get the vehicle I wanted. The process was very easy and Sean walked me through it step by step while Matt worked on a deal for me. Overall my experience was a 10. They go hard and I appreciate them. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them. With me they have a long term customer and FRIEND. Thanks Sean and Matt
