(Update! 9/20/23) We were finally able to move into our new home in February 2023. There was no cleaning done or a walk through of any kind on the home prior to giving us the keys. So we immediately did our walk through of the home on our own. Nothing major was on our list but there are things that need attention sooner than later. Such as, all of our smoke alarms are malfunctioning. They constantly go off every few minutes. So we’ve had to disable all of them. Other issues are primarily cosmetic. But since Feb we’ve seen one warranty person for a couple of hours who replaced 3 or 4 blinds. The blinds weren’t even on our list. They have made several appointments but have always been a no call no show. They finally hired a third party company for their warranty but this company has also made multiple appointments with us just to never show and never call. Avoid this company. They truly care nothing for you after the deal closes. (Update! 12/23/2022 Home is on our land but still incomplete, We still have not been able to move in. And still no ETA when we will. It has now been 18 months and two holiday seasons since we closed on this deal.) We purchased a new home from Prestige Homes Centers/Nobility Homes. Signed the contract in Jan 2021. Closed on the loans in May 2021. Our home was supposed to be delivered to our property October 2021. They started the permit application process with the city around Nov 2021. Additional surveys that they are charging to us have been needed due to them clearing the land without a permit. Our home has been completed and ready for delivery since at least Jan 2022. Mar 2022 they assigned us a different representative that works from their Ocala offices. This person told us we need to pay $18k more for material costs plus $11k for the land improvements and sign new contracts or they will sell our home to someone else. We have paid the $18k. April 2022 we were told that they never received our closing documents. We disagreed closing needed to be done again. The representative insisted it needed to be done and sent us blank documents. We were supposed to blindly sign. We refused until they were filled out properly. We went back and forth for about 10 days before his finance manager confirmed that these documents were signed with our finance company. We are watching the permit process via the city's website. I had to be the one to tell the manager at Prestige that the city wanted them to submit an application for another permit to clear the land. Jan 2022 they submitted that application permit. Only for the city to discover that the land had already been cleared without the permit. Later the manager informed me that the inspector wanted an arborist report. I’m told the report has been submitted since Feb 2022 & resubmitted Mar 2022. But still no viable permit as I write this complaint. We feel that Prestige is holding our home hostage. This company only makes excuses, argues with their customers and blames others for their mistakes. It has been over a year with no end in sight. Still no permits as our home sits on their lot in 2 pieces, unleveled with the elements getting to it. All we want is results even though we have no faith that this company can follow through with anything.

Four months into our new home. They dont respond to our punchlist. The dont answer the phone. I would be typing all night with problems throughout the home, both inside and out. Unless a miracle happens, I would only recommend this company to my bitter enemies.
They made it out to work on the long list of things. Waited from early January until mid July for them to work on the punchlist. Jim came out fixed a bunch of things. His skills were limited at best. I dont believe any of their employees have much skill. Their are many things not fixed. From here on out I will do the work on my house. I like the house because of the layout. It works very well for our lifestyle. That was why we bought it in the first place. In no way would I have paid 35k in extras if I knew the craftsmanship was going to be so poor. If anyone is buying a mobile in Florida, buy a palm harbor or a Jacobsen. That's my advice, been in Florida 17 years a carpenter for 40. I was stupid not to build my own I know. Understand this my career is not my hobby

Recently went through the placement of th Kieth home from Nobility with my daughter in June 2023 until now. A VERY Disappointing experience for her and her husband.
Built very cheaply for th money that they wanted, still waiting on an interior door to be put in. Lots of water problems underneath. Patio door is not square, a couple of windows are not square. Poor quality kitchen cabinets, surface hinges on all interior doors, plastic faucets, all trim is a Vinyl wrapped fiberboard, not real wood. ETC. If I could go less than ONE Star -I would.
Terrible home for a High price!

This company is a joke. For what we spent on this piece of garbage we could’ve bought a block home. The quality is terrible and the customer service is even worse! I have had nothing but problems since we bought this place brand new in 2020. No matter how much I complained they did absolutely nothing to help fix anything. I’m miserable living in this hunk of junk. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! Also, avoid Prestige Homes at all costs!

I rated them a one star because there is no minus. My sister in law bought a home from prestige homes in Ocala which of course is owned by nobility. Her home was only placed on her property in February 2023, she signed papers for purchase of the home in June 2021. Only received her CO 2 weeks ago. (25 months later) There are too many things wrong with the house to even begin to list. She has talked with Angela from Prestige from the get go. Everytime Angela opened her mouth to speak it was a slew of lies coming out. Ran out of space here to finish post. Horrible experience.

DO NOT BUY A NOBILITY HOME FROM ANY DEALER PERIOD.
They absolutely do NOT have service department personnel to even catch up with the back log much less a new home.
I would be here all day listing my problems with them. Go to the BBB website, it's free.
The customer service you will receive is horrendous and down right disrespectful. Sharon and Amy are the rudest and will absolutely talk over you to the point you HAVE to get louder just keep the lies from coming. Jean and Terry aren't much better, overworked with no corporate support.
Tom Trexler and his company should be held accountable immediately for all the BAD BUINESS they still conduct. I'm not just the only one star that passed for nothing. I have proof and I have the state consumer complaint inspector coming next week. If there is anyone that has or knows of a class action law suit, I'm in. To many people out there with equally or worse problems. Not trim and paint or caulk. Water damage, cracked walls, out if square door frame. Serious problems. Safety hazard problems.
I could go on and on. REMEMBER.

Wow I didn't expect to find so many! Bad reviews! And true! Because I am also a victim! I agree with mrs.ray! And others! What a disappointment with the purchase of this unit! And AMY'S LIES! Roof, fridge, doors problems! Broken bathtub floor! Moldings! Ect… you even cut my feet in the bathtub! Bad job bad construction! I am still willing to cooperate with my testimony and evidence!

Home definitely has a lot of issues, roof leaks, door not hung right, siding on outside falling apart, premium aplanace pkg purchased is definitely not premium. Suppose to all ge, can in as fridgeadar, no ice maker, handles are not aligned, stove burners don't work. The house is brand new from the factory and only 1 month old. JUNK. JUNK. JUNK, DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT PRESTIGE HOMES. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THE COMPANY!

So in august of 2022 I purchased from Camelot mobile homes estate a Nobility home from prestige. I paid over 150,000.00 for a substandard home. Not to mention having to deal with this person named Amy z Phelps that is supposed to help people get their issues resolved and all she does is lie and say nothing is the fault of nobility,

I would like to know if anyone has attempted to report these thrived to HUD or have filed a lawsuit. I am hoping to find an attorney that would be willing to file a class action law suit against prestige and nobility.

So many issues with this “Taylor” I purchased. The tub is sinking, the tile wax never adhered or pls Ed correctly, tge roof gable is fenced snd the idiot that csme out said it was not their fault because they don’t put gables on I must of done this after purchase, then today I was told it was the awning people. These are the cheapest worst quality mobike homes I’ve ever seen.

If anyone is interested in being part of a class action law suit let me know. It’s soo wrong that this company is getting away with thi and stealing money from people.

So far it’s been a nightmare. Delivery delayed but I guess justified. James at the Hudson, Fl office pretends to be concerned about issues but when problems presented to him he gives you a long email trying to explain but does not make sense. I’m trying to give them an opportunity to make things right but I’m very nervous due to the many other customer complaints. Issues are endless. Siding, doors, flooring, tile and the lack of knowledge the manager really has. I started this project 1 year ago and went into detail MANY times with James (manager) regarding placement of my home. End result the AC needed to go in the front side of the home which I feel he should have known this and at least give me the opportunity to turn the house around. When I brought this to him he said he’s sorry I’m unhappy but solution (maybe you can put a fence around it or some shrubs. He also said it really never came to his mind. This is just the beginning. Workmanship is terrible. Molding which you pay for an upgrade is disgraceful. Better off doing the finish work yourself. I’ll keep everyone informed as things progress. Very unhappy customer.

Update. 1/10/23, If I were to do it over I would not purchase from Nobility. The finish product is not good. The material they use is cheap. Thank goodness my husband is handy because he was able to do a lot. On a positive note the 2 men that came out to fix some issues were very good. We’re still waiting for someone to come out and fix the siding trim in front of the home. We had very professional people that came out to do the carport driveway and screen room which has really finished things off. They fix things that Nobility should have done. The vinyl siding is really cheaply done and I think it’s the best we’ll get. Do your homework and look around. The issue we discovered is once the home is delivered the salesperson doesn’t come out to make sure the customer got what they paid for. We bought from Prestige Homes in Hudson, Florida. (James). It is now March 23rd and we’re still waiting for the service dept to come out and repair the poorly done vinyl. We’re also running into an issue with the water pressure which we just found out it’s the plumbers work. The plumber has been a nightmare from the beginning so again not holding out too much hope that they’ll fix the problem unless we hire our own plumber which we shouldn’t need to do. PLEASE do your homework and don’t buy from Nobility.
