Nodac Technology.does not except returns on any item even when they sell you the incorrect item. I ordered blue Plenum cable and they provided white I did not realize until I left the store. I returned and let the sales person know and he advised me that the reason I was given white they had no blue in stock. I told the manager he should of let me know and to provide me a refund. I was told that its company policy they only provide credit which is crazy when this was there (Mistake)
I had to argue to get a full refund. This Policy needs to change

Purchased security cameras and receiver. One of the cameras was defective. They accepted the defective item but never provided a replacement. Have purchased cameras and a receiver rom your company and have been dealing with your office in Pompano Beach for a replacement of one of the camera that was defective. Have never experienced worse treatment as a customer. Their employee accepted the defective camera and told me a replacement camera will be ordered and I will be called when the camera arrives. This was over two months ago. After that employee left (Dany) I have been dealing with Eduardo and another female employee from the company Pompano Beach office who have been promising me that the camera will be ordered. After my follow-ups I was told they are missing paperwork and unable to complete the replacement. I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue to no avail. At this time I have still not received the replacement for the defective camera that I purchased. I have provided pictures of the purchased equipment and an estimate that was provided to me. I don't have the final invoice and that is now being used as a new excuse for this company to not fulfill the their promise to replace the defective camera. After I asked to speak to the manager, Alex, I was told he is in training and will call me back which has not yet happened. The female employee with very limited command of English hang up the phone on me. This business is not going to be around for a long time if they continue with their unethical practices and horrific customer service.

Okay I'm just going to put out there that the manager Oscar Hernandez is very unprofessional & a liar. You made my partner think you were hiring him & he waited for your call & called you three times back & you never even had the heart to respond to him.you thought you could make a fool out of him! You should not be a manager*

They sell fake products and pass it as name brand stuff, no return policy, not a serious business.

The lack of knowledge that the young saleswoman had was unbelievable. I went into the store after several recommendations and left extremely displeased with the service.
