I really enjoy this nail salon! I’ve been a customer for about 2 years. I get my nails done by Jessica. She is such a kind, talented, and patient person and she does a great job on my nails. Jessica is amazing!

Love this place and everyone there, they are so nice and treat you like friends. Will never go anywhere else.

We showed up at 6: 57, not knowing you close at 7: 00. Without hesitation, John agreed to do my nails. He stayed 46 minutes after, still taking his time to do an excellent job. Next time I will be sure to make an appointment and it will definitely be with John!

I have been coming here for about a year and while I’ve had some other great services, today, I really felt like Maria Did a fantastic job on my nails. She listened to exactly what I wanted and although they didn’t have the color I went in for, she mixed up her own color, and I am absolutely in love. It was nice to feel like she paid attention to detail, and I walked out with perfect nails. I will only see her! I also thought it was great that she did My manicure as well as my pedicure. It’s just personal preference for me, but I like to stick with one person. Maria, iif you are reading this, thank you so much! I felt very comfortable with you and I’m so thankful that you did exactly what I wanted.

I made an appointment for 2: 30 for a fill and pedicure. Arrived a little before that and was taken for the pedicure. The tech was a little rough but what ever. The problem is that I sat and waited for an hour no worries I understand it’s busy. But watching three people who came in after me be taken for the nails is why I left.

I just recently started going to this location but I have received great service each time I’ve gone. Lena does my nails fabulously and makes sure to give me exactly what I want They are also very accommodating with walk in clients!

Ronnie and Lena are the best! I followed them from the Estero location to here! Nails never lift/chip fall off! They both are amazing and do the best quality work!

Technician was awful -
He was extremely rushed, so rushed he repeated one of the steps after messing up.
He didn’t bother to ask if I wanted my nails cut he just assumed I did not so he began to put the dip powder on. I had to ask him to cut my nails. He also didn’t ask what shape I wanted, after telling him round he began shaping and made them very skinny sides and oval ends.
Next the color wasn’t accurate. When I asked twice are you sure this color matches the one in the book he seemed upset with me. Didn’t do the under side of my nail filling, didn’t clean up my cuticles or around my nail bed, left color on my skin.
Overall just extremely rushed and lazy work.

They were very professional, and my technician was very sweet and paid attention to every detail. My nails came out exactly as I had envisioned in my head, and I will definitely be going there every time. The atmosphere there was really relaxed, and it seemed like the staff really like working together. Best experience I've had in a nail salon.

Went here yesterday after a terrible experience somewhere else. Wonderful service. Salon was clean and my nails look amazing. Will definitely be returning.

Lena is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond to always make sure my nails are perfect. She never hesitates to give 100% customers service. I highly recommend her. She is very skilled and can do many styles and designs.

First time! Came with my daughter, but decided to get my nails done and I’m glad I did! The guy was really good! I was so impressed with my French manicure! I will be back! But I have to find out his name! So happy!

This is the most unprofessional nail salon I've ever been to. I had an appt at 4 pm, and 30 min later, I was still waiting. When the owner asked for another nail tech (TamLe) to help out, he flat out refused. The owner didn't even care. He told me that the nail tech I had an appt with would take more than 2 hours to do my nails if i waited for her. I asked how if I was only getting a dip manicure with no tips. He said she always takes so long with every appt.

Honestly, it was the biggest waste of my time. I don't suggest anyone use this nail salon.
