Nolan Air Heating & Cooling, Tampa FL

This was a 5 star review, but I am lowering it to 2 because of the following:

Nolan recently replaced a part. The bill was for $399, and I asked for an itemized bill. I was told by the technician that they don't do that.

A) I contacted some other hvac contractors, and the highest I was quoted to replace the exact same part was $250.

B) This is the only time in my life that I asked for an itemized (parts and labor) bill and was refused.

The installation crew arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and extremely competent. I could not be more pleased with the overall experience

I can't say positive things about this group. Prompt, professional, thorough, and reliable.

Very concerned about problem and are giving immediate resolution to address for the long term. Always beyond normal expectations. High recommend.

Have had 2 blowers motors replaced in the last 3 years by Nolan. The last one replaced 13 months ago had 2 year warranty just died and the company said it would be 9 days before they could come back and replace, and labor is not covered. Their attitude is hidious and its easy to see the rackeetering going on here. These people are inexperienced kids just trying to replace parts because of lack of knowledge of how to repair.

They arrived to inspect and provide their estimate for our AC replacement at 11 AM on Thursday and by 5: 00 PM Friday our AC was installed and cooling our condo
Their price was very competitive, their workers polite and talented and the communication with the owner was excellent.
I would most certainly recommend this company to others.

Nolan Air was recommended to us because of issues we were experiencing with another AC company. Nolan Air was quick to respond and did the initial service call next day. The issue was addressed by Nolan that day and we had cool air immediately. The part was ordered and yesterday Tyler came out to complete the job with the new part. He, as well as Nolan, was professional and knowledgeable and quick. Their cost was very reasonable and I would definitely call on them again for our business AC needs as well as my residential AC.
