Its a roof, not rocket science. They do not warranty their work if needed. They deflect back to manufacturer warranty and manufacturer blames everything weather and poor installation, including the sun. Not a great business IMO. My 9 yo roof has to be replaced again! Go elsewhere is my review. I have an asphalt roof and am required by hoa to remain with.

Driver wasn’t paying attention and ran my wife and I off the road on a turnpike exit. Cant imagine a company that doesn’t value safety on the roads values safety at your home!

Approximately 6-8 years ago, Noland’s Roofing Company was recommended to me by a close friend. After Noland roofing installed a new roof, I always questioned why Noland’s Roofing did not install a new skylight. The original skylight when my home was built in 1999 remained. In addition, the left hand corner of my garage ceiling began to leak and cause water stains every time it rained. In 2022: still under warranty, Noland’s roofing had to repair the shingles and the leaking section of the roof above my garage 3 times in less than 2 weeks- the repairs were not done properly. They sent a contractor to repair and paint the damaged dry wall in my garage. That job was well done! In 2020, a squirrel gained access into my attic through an improperly sealed section of my roof by Noland’s Roofing. I received confirmation of this after I hired the Animal Wildlife Company to seal all the openings in the corner edges of windows, roof over garage and skylight areas on my roof. An employee from Animal Wildlife removed the deceased squirrel. April. 25,2023, a historic Hail Storm damaged my skylight and roof. Brain from Noland’s roofing failed to put in a prompt work order to have a tarp installed on my broken skylight to prevent any leaking from the rain. Brian stated, “You have to pay $2,500.00 if you want your skylight replaced and $740.00 if you want a tarp installed on your broken skylight until the roofing repairs begin (s). ” Shockingly, I am still under warranty contract. Unfortunately, this did not prevent Brain from creating new contract for $25,000.00 which I did not sign because my roof was still under warranty. I called to speak to the owner. The Manager, Destiny, was unprofessional and refused to allow me to speak to the owner. In addition, she hung up the telephone on me. Destiny was uncooperative, unprofessional and she did not address any of my concerns regarding the warranty and incomplete/improper roof repair that was done approximately 6-8 years ago. I do not recommend anyone to use this roofing company for roof repairs/projects. I believe this is not a customer friendly business. Based upon my experience, they were not honest and they over charged me with low quality materials and services. It’s unfortunate, it took me several years to discover all the roofing errors Noland’s Roofing have made while still under warranty.

Matt from Noland's Roofing in Clermont FL came to my house and within seconds of getting up on my roof located the nail that was causing my leak. I was up on my roof prior to him coming and I looked all over and did not see the nail. He got it all patched up and done in minutes. Amazing, reliable, honest, reasonable. I would highly recommend their services.

Everyone is very polite & respectful. My husband passed away in the middle of our process, but Noland's got the job done in a timely manner & they cleaned up after.

My experience with Noland Roofing was Five Star all the way. They stayed with me through several obstacles that I encountered on the way to completing this job. From the very beginning of planning, choice of materials, guiding me through procedures to have the job approved, etc.scheduling work, completing work as planned, perfect. Speaking with many employees of Nolands was always helpful, congenial, and made me feel comfortable. My last conversation was with Carol Walker. She and all the Mercer Team became my friends. Home sustained hail damage and we called Nolands Roofing. Our Nolands representative Jett Noland documented the hail damage to our roof and worked with us and our insurance company to agree on the scope of work and the damage estimate. The projected timeline for install was 5 weeks from permit. That projection was exactly correct and the installers arrived on August 14th at 630am and by 630pm, that same date, our roof was installed using Landmark Pro tiles by CertainTeed. Jett Noland was very attentive throughout the entire process and kept us informed and answered all our questions.

Noland's roofing did an excellent job on my roof replacement Mr. Brian Jankuhn was available for any questions or concerns. The team was very neat in doing the work. The drywall guy /painter Jack's ceiling work was excellent you can't even tell that there was prior damage. The roof was done in one day! Excellent!

After a hail storm, there was damage to roof, etc. A neighbor recommended Noland's and we have been more than pleased with the friendly and professional way that it has been handled. Since we are in Virginia, we have not been on site but they have coordinated everything with the insurance company and through emails.

This is an excellent company and I highly recommend them.
We required a full replacement roof due to age and damage from a hurricane. From the beginning to the final results we couldn't be more pleased. The staff at Noland Roofing was extremely easy to communicate with. We also give special recognition to James Steere who made sure the project went as we had discussed & he was there to see it through from beginning to the end.

There were in my neighborhood doing a roof I called to get a ball park figure, since the house was exactly like mine. They said they do not do that over the phone and I said I understand that they could not give me an exact figure but I just wanted to have a rough idea so finally they agreed to give my number to give to one of their sales people two days later no call so I called back they acted like they did not know anything about it. They must have a lot of business to not care about potential customers

Robert Hamilton was excellent in his knowledge and helpfulness to me! He took me step by step through the whole process of getting my roof replaced! Couldn’t ask for a better person. THANKS ROBERT
