Nona Luxury Nails and Spa, Orlando FL

I waited a couple of days to post this. I don’t like giving negative reviews, but please find another place to go. I had used them for a quick eye brow wax in the past and decided to get the works on this visit. I requested a dip for my nails with a manicure. The tech said she’d do the manicure after she dipped my nails, which doesn’t make any sense since you’re pushing the cuticles back before painting. I was ok with how they turned out, until at the end the line item on my receipt said I was charged full price for a manicure. I should have been charged the add on price - even the line item said “basic manicure only. ” When she cut the cuticle on my ring finger I was bleeding.
The pedicure - she didn’t like my answer of a regular pedicure and shared that she wouldn’t work on callouses if I didn’t choose the deluxe so I agreed. On one of my feet, she scrubbed by toe with the callous tool until it was bleeding - I had to show her. It was and still is extremely painful.
Just wanted to share in case you were thinking about going here.

I asked the technician to just file my nails down and she cut them and also too short then took forever to do the nails and got it all over my skin

Best nail salon ever! I’ve been going here since the day they opened. If you try them out, you’ll be hooked like me.

I LOVE this place! Hannah does amazing! Everyone is so sweet! They get you in quick and they ALL do amazing!

They cannot do any designs here. Don’t waste your time if you want something nice.
