7Horrible this place is a joke. They keep you waiting and then they hide and never call you back.
This place is a SCAM! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! They will take your money and not care to actually make sure the taxes were actually filed. Literally go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I only added a star because I had to. Save your money and go somewhere else! Once she got paid there was ZERO communication with her. Said she would be able to file within a week or so and yet more than 3 months later I was still waiting for updates. I had to call so many times I felt like I was harassing the office. They took so long I had another tax place actually file the taxes and they denied my refund!
Mrs. Riera is very professional and has extensive knowledge in all the services she offers, especially in taxes. She explained everything and paid attention to every detail. She went above and beyond! I highly recommend Nona Tax!
