Noodles and Company, Orlando FL

I have wanted to go to this restaurant for a while and we finally went. Needless to say I was very disappointed. When we walked in, the floors were dirty, sticky and wet. The counter tops looked like they had not been cleaned in days. Makes you wonder about the kitchen and prep areas. The food was bland and did not taste good. Sad to say, but this will be my only visit to Noodles.

If you normally don’t eat Mac and cheese and you’re craving Mac and cheese, don’t order from here. You’ll be disappointed. It wasn’t bad food, it was just ok…you’re not going to get great Mac and cheese…I hope that makes sense…

I have been officially waiting for 40 minutes for one small gluten free Mac and cheese. When I asked what was taking so long, I was told I was placed back because they have to clean everything but there have been over 3 or 4 large orders in front of me.
The staff was not very friendly and very defensive when I kindly checked in on my food.

I won’t return.

Good food but terrible service and lacking cleanliness. Staff wasn’t friendly or attentive. Tables were dirty, napkins were not accessible and I had to basically wait in line again for napkins. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned. The girl basically wiped the crumbs off the table and onto the bench. I had to wait in line for a third time for a lid for my left-overs. And to top it off the rock music was blasting and it was difficult to speak and hear. They are understaffed and customer service doesn’t exist!

Good food and service. They have healthy choices and the staff was friendly. Just footsteps from the shopping areas.

Good food verry good but i faund a hair on my plate not sure if it was mine or what i keept it simple did not say anithing because i was not sure if it was mine or what but verry good food

Delicious Noodles.had the Japanese Pan Noodles with Marinated Steak.really good. Had it before with chicken and has the same spice.

Delicious and fresh! Great variety and nice relaxed atmosphere. My kids loved the kids meals. The pesto zucchini noodles with grilled chicken was amazing! They have lots of gluten free options.

The food was not that great of quality and lacked in flavor. The portion size for some of the dishes is also small considering the price. Overall it is not a terrible place to eat, but also nothing to rant and rave about.

This was my first time visiting Noodles and Company. The food was delicious, but more importantly, the service was fantastic. The lady who took my order put me on the same order number as my friends without me even asking so our meals would arrive together. They brought our meals to us, even though the arrangement is similar to fast food style. The lady who took our order also came later and cleaned up our dishes. I was only sad the charge at the register does not include an option to tip, since I rarely carry cash anymore.

Clean yummy friendly welcoming atmosphere. Everything tastes so Good! I've yet to try a dish I was dissatisfied with lake Mary location!

O boy what a place. Food is very good at this place especially the pan noodles. This place is a must try.

Always a good meal. My only complaint is that every dish starts with soy and not everyone can have soy products. That being said we have tried many items off their menu and have always been happy with them.

The owner greeted us immediately upon entering leaving a great first impression. Our food arrived promptly, and was delicious as usual. Overall fantastic experience - the owner and entire staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The food is excellent and the staff is very nice. It's a lot of food for a fair price and they even offer Zoodles for those who desire it. My only issue is that all the tables were very dirty and we had to clean one to eat.

Someone commented on the cleanliness of the restaurant every Noodles I’ve been to has been really clean maybe they just hadn’t cleaned yet that day? I’m a bit of a snob when it comes to things like that and I’ve never had a problem with that. Every dish I’ve had is delicious and very filling.

Normally good, but today portion sizes were absolutely abysmal, and the penne pasta was either made with unclean cooking utensils or made incorrectly but for whatever reason it tasted like curry. Leaving today still hungry and disappointed.

Ok reasonably priced food for lunchtime but the restaurant smelled very dirty, like it needed a good deep cleaning. All the surfaces looked dirty too.

First time here so I thought I'd yet something safe and something adventurous: spaghetti and meatballs, and an order of Korean meatballs.the spaghetti and meatballs was ok.it was a little tangy and not salty, but it seemed ok.the Korean meatballs was a little more flavorful, but obviously not really Korean.the meatball texture was spongy and gave me the impression that it was mass produced.overall, nothing to come back again. 3 stars for ok food.it might be a lower rating than other reviewers, but that is my honest impression.

Pad Thai was not my favorite here and it usually is anywhere else. It had a heavy fish sauce taste and the eggs were burnt. I scored a five because of their customer service to replace the dish when I didn't like it. The kitchen manager made my replacement meal for me personally and checked back to make sure I liked it. The new dish was delicious as well as the rest of my family's meals. Thanks for taking care of us!
