Nordstrom, Boca Raton FL

I ordered a NARS highlighter on Nordstrom's website. My order was fulfilled and shipped by this store. They sent me the wrong shade which they threw in the box that was labeled with the shade I ordered. To top it all off, the item they sent to me looked like it was a tester or was used and returned as it has a huge scratch in it. Disgusting.

I love a company that is to cheap to use air-conditioning. It's giving Kohls with a stolen credit card.

Michelle from the Charlotte Tillbury makeup counter from very knowledgeable and sweet. Then for lunch went to Bazille and it was my first time and the food was exceptionally good and the bartender was very nice as well. So far an amazing experience today!

Myo in the women's shoe department was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! He helped my sister and I pick out some great running shoes in a style and color we normally wouldn't pick out ourselves but loved once we tried it on. We really appreciated his help!

Having shopped at Nordstrom for many years, it was disappointing to see the lack of available sizes to try on for most items.

The sales associates were not welcoming or helpful when we asked for help finding something.

While I did end up buying a few things, it left me feeling uneasy about the experience. It felt as though we could have had the same experience from a less expensive store and therefore will not be returning anytime soon.

Can always depend on top notch service from associates at this location, The store is always pristine and has a great selection of just about anything you need.

The sales associates we interacted with were super helpful! My friend came to pick up some items she ordered and I can't remember the names of the nice ladies who helped put it in bags for her, but they also gave us some directions and checked her gift card balance. While she was looking for something else, my other friend and I ran into this sales rep Cher. She was so lovely felt like talking to a friend. Very knowledgeable about the products and such a sweetheart! Excellent customer service from everyone we spoke to.

Some of the staff members are very friendly, but some don't pay you attention. The store has plenty of nice things that are interesting to see and purchase if they catch your eye. The makeup selection is great and so are the perfumes too as well as the clothes. I really like going there to shop and look around.

Liz in the shoe department is incredible! So nice and friendly and helped take care of exactly what I needed. Kudos to her, thanks Liz!

Always like coming here. Several times been helped by sales rep Ivonne. She is friendly, knows the store really well and always goes above and beyond to help. They should clone her. Store is kept very clean, orderly and organized. Prizes are good. Will definitely be back again.

I bought several items online during the anniversary sale, and the different items were shipped from different Nordstrom stores. The only item I was truly disappointed came from this store - a pair of Merrell running shoes. The package dit not contain any packing slip or any piece of paper trail at all. The running shoes was even tied like someone had already used it and was not wrapped properly like the other items I received from other Norstrom stores. I have no issues shopping in a thrift shop or second hand store, but I'm not expecting this when ordering from Nordstrom.

Went in there to purchase a nice pair of Ecco leather shoes.
They are very comfortable & worth it! The size run larger then you think. Usually I buy
10.5 but I got size 9.5 in these. Great atmosphere & was in there for only 10 minutes.
