Nordstrom Rack at 1600 Commons, Fort Lauderdale FL

The store itself was very clean and the associates found me twice to ask for assistance, which is part of customer Service. This is the second time I go to your stores; the first one was at Kendall, FL a couple of years ago, I don't remember how my experience was, but based on yesterday's excellent experience, will make Nordstrom Rack my Second Home. I appreciate your attention to this message. Please keep up the Excellent Customer Service storewide.

We just moved here and are exploring. This store is large, but it lacks content and a lot of the major brands that NR usually carries.

There is an older woman who works the women's dressing room that is such an unpleasant human being. Our first trip here, she barked at my daughter, "HE needs to go use the fitting room upstairs! " I brushed that off as a ride encounter. But we visited this location again yesterday and the same woman rudely yelled "Make sure you put the clothes *back* on the hangers when you're done! " Which, yes, I agree that it's the polite thing to do for the workers and I always do, but to demand that out loud to a customer seems unnecessarily rude.

Clean, pretty organized for a “Retail” store. Staff are friendly. Super LGBTQ friendly. You can find some great deals. Be careful with the designer glass case items, good deals but some items were damaged.

Great store, my wife finds stuff she loves quite often. As with all these stores there is such a small section for men's clothing. I'd rather shop at Nordstrom with a larger selection of men's clothing. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Granted some decent deals, some if the staff need to relearn customer service and how to be polite. Beware of the heavyset black woman that wears the yellow shall. Will knock into you, not even say "excuse me" and when you turn to her and say something she just ignores you and walks away.

I love Nordstrom and Rack and I shop at this location frequently. I would give at elast 4 stars but the customer service is lacking here lately.
Not at all what you woykd expect from Nordstrom and this makes me sad.
Two bad experiences just days apart!
Management needs to coach and monitor this decline is not a good sign.

Great! I have been there twice in 3 weeks. I love this location. The staff is super courteous and helpful. Love, love, love the clearance rack.

An annoyance in the shoe department. I have a wide foot, so I look for the sticker indicating a wide width. All of the boxes are turned faci g the wall so I have to check each box in my size. ANNOYING!

I would prefer to give this location a 3.5 than a 4 star simply because they do not carry a large selection when compared to the many other Nordstrom Rack's I have been to

Clothes are for older women.as well as designer purses which is why I went in the first place.left empty handed.

ASSOCIATES ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SKELETON CREW, NEVER ANY HELP. WAITED 45 IN LINE TO CHECK OUT AND NO ONE CALLED ON BACK UP. NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION, MY TIME LOST IS MONEY LOST AND THE DEALS ARE NOT THAT GREAT! SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Very clean and organized store. I think the selection of merchandise could be better; somewhat limited in my opinion. I didn't check the shoe section which looks really large. Parking is available.

I like to search through the shoe racks where I can usually find good deals. For someone with a shoe issue, it gives me choices without spending a lot of money. They also have a big clothing selection. Sizes are limited at times, but it's worth looking.
