26They don't help you when you walk in unless you look rich. The girl with the Burberry bag was greeted but I was ignored. Figures its all about the image.
Visit this store a lot especially Clear the Rack and I get a lot of clothes for a reasonable price and stay fashionable at the same time. Love their clothes, jewelry and shoes when I can find some.
Manager Rick Raymond doesn’t know what customer service is. They make up their own return policy there. Very disappointed. I will never come back again. They will loose a lot of clients very soon if they keep acting like that.
Wonderful store. I used to go to the Millenia one all the time. This new location is great. SO big and has so much selection. I definitely think it's better than the Millenia location. Definitely worth taking a look. Great brands at more inexpensive prices.
Love this place! You can find something for everyone and every room in your house! Great low prices for a good discount! Since they closed Nordstrom it’s the only place I shop now! Customer service is always top notch as Nordstrom tends to be everything is organized and clean! Even during the holidays the check out wait was minimal and I was there Christmas Eve! Way to go!
Great customer service. Great shoe selections. Kid section has good variety of shoe selection for my 11 month old. Only thing I found lacking was a very little selection for attire.
