Manager and employee followed me around the store for not wearing a mask even after I told them I had a medical condition! The manager then threatened to have me escorted out if I didn’t comply! Extremely rude and Had a total power trip! This is after the lifted State wide mask mandates.

This is my favorite place to shop for clothes. They always have such a large variety to choose from. I also shop at the Nordstrom Rack in Palm Beach Gardens because it is close to where I work but this store and staff are 10X better.

Terrible shopping experience- first off the store is very messy and unorganized. Second- the “manager” Maria- completely rude, obnoxious and absolutely no customer service skills. She has a terrible attitude I am shocked that she even has a title as “manager”. Poor representation for the store.

Lots of effort with little return. Same for friends I was with. Pricing seems to be for "Nordstrom" only clothing, but not meeting the top of the line showpiece. Now how much is that worth?

Its OK really full store but too mych junk n too expensive for Rack pricing. TJ or Marshalls have same or better stuff for less maybe other than few name brands. I looked around 45mins bought nothing. I may not specifically go there again. Maybe if im at Whole Foods i may stop by once every few months to see if anything worthwhile.

Love shopping here, however, it can never be quick. You basically need to schedule a day to shop here or at least an afternoon. So, I rarely shop here.

Always find the best shoes for me and my 8 year old daughter. The selection of dressy and work clothes is great. Kids clothing section has great buys too. The cutest girls dresses and boys shirts. I also love their handbag collection. One of my favorite stores.

I really like shopping at Nordstrom Rack, because of the brands and prices they have. As it is an outlet store, its not the most organized one. They have a huge Free People section with discounted items. There is also a Home section that its really nice too.

Usually messy and it kinda feels like I'm thrift shopping for good clothes to add to my wardrobe. However, there is a good selection of cool/casual clothing and I always find comfortable bras here.

Large selection, prices are a bit higher than Ross or TJ Maxx, small gift section, lots of accessories though. Regular polos for men in clearance are 18 to $50. So it is a bit expensive and not dramatically better quality.

You can find good deals for name brand clothes. Only negative is that a lot of clothes aren't marked at all and while clean the store could be better organized.

Store has bargains for sure, but make sure you check labels because some stuff is worn and returned or refurbished. Other then that deals start around 40% off retail.

This place has everything that is no longer in the stores in my area. You have to go outside your own city to find what you need.
