YOU THINK YOU CAN JUST PUT YOUR PHONE LINES ON BUSY WHEN YOU DONT WANT TO TALK TO PATIENTS? ! WHAT ON EARTH IS WRONG WITH YOU? ! People trust you with their HEALTH AND THEIR LIVES as a medical professional. You should be ashamed. Absolutely disgusting.

Dr. Waite is seriously really great at what she does. I went to her to have a procedure done that I was nervous about, and she did the procedure like a true CHAMPION! She is extremely professional curtious and she explains everything in full detail. When she got done I had no questions. Her staffs are also very professional, office is clean and very organized. I highly recommend her. GO Dr. WAITE!

Appointment made, but I had concerns prior to the arrival because I had gotten a call stating the doctor wanted to administer the results in person. I called 2hr 1/2 before I was suppose to arrive to get some financial questions answered. The morning of 03/25, a girl answered the phone but was not suited for the role of receptionist. She found or deemed the questions asked to be irritable and/or difficult ; she decided to evade the entire problem by putting the phone calls in an busy state where you can no longer Reach the office. The original phone call got disconnected due to an accidental hang up. Not reception. I continued to try to call back with the phone line now coming thru as busy ; maybe the office truly is busy. I got through after 5mins of continuous calling for her then, to recognize who I was again to hung up on me to not deal with what she proceeded to be a difficult phone call. I had an appointment anyways ; so I decided to head over there early while continuing to call to see if someone will pick up by the time I arrived. I reached the office ; I see the girl I was speaking to on the phone with, happily on the computer without a worry in the world. She acknowledges me and I say “one moment” as I right in front of her dial the office number and got a busy signal. She proceeds to say the phones are “old” and if I don’t hang up on you, the you remain on the line whether you hang up or not. So I asked her what information did you get from the billing department about my question? She proceeds to tell me the same thing she spoke over the phone and there will be a current fee for this visit. Now mine you ; supposedly the phones were “busy” because she had me, myself on hold AND the Billings department she said. So I acknowledged that fact and said “so you do have the information, so why is it that you didn’t click back over to inform me on the new information you had? And clearly the Billings department not even on your second line because you just stated she the Billings department told you awhile ago! You completely evaded the situation, you thought you could get away with being rude & unprofessional. The entire time, You left the phones in a busy state not caring if the office were receiving any further calls! ”

Prior to also dialing the office number right in front of her, showing her the lines are in a busy state, I said “well the crazy person is here, you can take your phone off the busy signal now” she literally clicked a button, and the phones started ringing again! How unprofessional! Who would want a staff member to deliberately not answers phone calls! This is a private practice ; all are employed by the doctor! How was Dr. Waite okay with that sort of behavior? Time & Money WASTED on the employee, the doctor can invest in better subordinates that can handle working i. A serious facility!

Your frontline is the representation of the office ; with that level of incompetency, Dr. Waite practice will be deemed unprofessional and Unworthy of my business and several others. Times are hard, for everyone ; to add more stress to a persons life while working in a practice such as that, that morning staff member of day 03/25 needs to reconsider her job and find something more suitable for her if she finds answering phone calls to be a difficult one.

Every facility has cameras for security reasons ; I challenge the professionals to check the morning of 03/25 approximately 9: 20am when I arrived to witness and view the entire thing! She received ZERO phone calls for at least 30mins because she left the phone on a busy signal! And I literally witnessed her click ONE button to turn back on the phone lines!

Absolutely ridiculous!

I'm giving one star because there is no option for 0 stars. I been seeing doctor Waite for 4 years and at the beginning all was good. Last year it was discovered I had really big Fibroids and went through the process of MRI and Biopsy. Well first they took forever to call me to tell me my biopsy results and now I called about my surgery referral that I been waiting months and the office attendant told me the surgery was optional when the doctor herself told me she was sending me for a surgery. I am so upset I can't even explain how mad I am.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR! I went in for a UTI test one day which took about three hours to do. Norma Waite prescribed me an antibiotic for seven days. They said they would have the results for next week on Monday. When they didn’t call, I called them on Tuesday. I was on hold for 27 mins when I finally got through. When I asked for the results, the receptionist put me on another long hold. She came back and said that she had to call Quest to get the results. When I asked her she said I would need to come back in on Friday. I asked her why? And she said the doctor would discuss the results with you then. I told her this is not right. If I needed a different antibiotic to get rid of the UTI I should be prescribed it over the phone right? The receptionist said they need to be in person to prescribe. I told her this isn’t right and they need to tell me the results today. She put me on hold again and then came back and told me the results were clean and I had no UTI I didn’t need to come in Friday. Unfortunately I found out that this doctors office just wants your money:/

If I could give them a zero I would. They're the most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. I have been trying for the last 5 months to get an appointment. They partner with sock dock but never have their times posted correctly most of the options are not correct I have gone in three times in my appointment didn't go through. I have sat in the lobby for over in half hour before they even acknowledged me and watched the phones ring continuously and no one moved to answer them. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable do not go here it's a waste of time and money.

In 2007 Dr. Waite was my obgyn. The day I gave birth to my son Dr. Waite left placenta inside of me and I began to hemerage. To me I thought I was just tired from giving birth and I remember what I called dozing off back to back. In reality I was bleeding to death. The nurse called Dr. Waite and advised her of my situation and what to do. Dr Waite refused to come back to the hospital and advised them to call the doctor on call. I was rushed into surgery and an emergency DNC was performed. After the surgery I was still hemerging I then was taken to the 8th floor to have a blood transfusion I ended up being in the hospital for 5 days. Receiving a total of 3 blood transfusions. Dr. Waite didn't come see me until my third day of being in the hospital. She didn't discuss what happened to me she didn't apologize she told me my baby looked good and to come to her office for a follow up. When I tried to ask questions about what happened she told me she had another patient to see. How unthoughtful. I followed up with her for my 6 week check up she didn't mentioned anything about leaving the placenta inside of me told me I'm suffering from postpartum depression and recommend me to a psychologist. When I asked her what happened after I gave birth. She told me I would have to schedule another appointment with her this appointment was for a 6 week follow up and inorder for her to build my insurance for a consultation I would have to come back. I never returned. To this day I've had two children afterwards and I'm terrified to give birth, I refuse to go back to winnie palmer. I can't believe she's still practicing medicine.

My first visit with Dr. Waites office for my woman's annual health exam was unfortunately not pleasant. After waiting about an hour for my appointment when I arrived 15mins early like i wa asked, I didn't feel as though my initial consultation was detailed.
Dr Waite never provided me any feedback about my concerns, however she only wrote orders from recommendations that I mentioned I've had in the past from prior doctors. Her office called and told me that all my results were back and fine but that the doctor wanted to have a $75 phone consultation with me. I asked why if there aren't any concerns and was told she just likes to go over them with her patients. I denied the services only to get a returned call two days later telling me they "thought" all my results were fine but they are not and I really should come in for a consultation with the doctor. This obviously caught me by surprise because I was just told all was well and now there is sudden need for treatment. I could never get straight answers out of anyone from the office and Dr Waite never called me herself therefore I requested a release of medical records and found another provider. Save yourself the headache and frustration and find another practice. My mistake for not reading the reviews on here first.

NEVER AGAIN! The lab says my test results were sent on Thursday AM. It is now Friday night and even after calling the office and very politely asking for an update several times, I still don’t have any word about or a prescription for the infection I’m suffering from and the pain is getting worse. They even had the nerve to lie about the results still pending when I called the lab and was told they had all been completed and reported. The lab (Avero) also won’t release the results to me to just bring to another doctor. Now the office is closed the rest of the weekend. Don’t be fooled and desperate like me because she can accommodate same-day appointments- it’s still not worth it. Waste of time.

The staff is rude - was made to wait more than an hr on the day of my appointment even though I had arrived 15 mins in advance. After all the procedure (annual check up) I get sent a hefty bill with all diagnostic codes submitted to my insurance provider. After calling and trying to speak to someone from the billing department, 3-4 times, I have still not understood why I was made to pay when I had nothing wrong going on.

Never coming back - stay away if you do not want the hassle of paying for no reason.

Went there for a minor infection. (Knew exactly what it was myself), was told they could only test for that with a full STD workup. NEVER in my LIFE when I’ve gone for this common problem did I need a full workup of STD to Check for this. Without signing the paper I was Unable to be treated. I travel For work and don’t have time to spend in doctors offices.not to mention was uncomfortable. Of course AS I ALREADY KNEW GOING IN.it was a minor fix. That was great until I receieved A 216.00 bill in the mail. And people wonder why no one goes to the doctor to get checked for things like preventative cancer measures. No one ever seems to be able to tell you what it’s gonna cost in the end. Then BOOM. You’re out hundreds of dollars. But “your insurance PROBABLY covers it. ” Awesome. Great job doc

I have been with Dr. Norma Waite for over 21 years. I have two daughters and when they became of age of needing a OB GYN, I move my services to her so my daughters will feel comfortable with their bodies and have a female doctor. She delivered both of my grandsons as well as a partial hysterectomy for myself. My daughters recommended all of their close friends and she deliver their babies as well. Dr. Waite is very personable, and patience with you, she doesn’t make you feel like a number, and answer ALL of your questions you may have. Her staff is very professional and if you have any needs you can contact them and they stay on top of things and get back with you immediately.

I love dr waite but her staff is HORRIBLE. The assistant nurse came in and she STUNK so bad omg I was ready to throw up.she was so dirty and smelled like she had not showered in weeks disgusting!

Very unprofessional front office team. I’ve gone here twice now and the doors are locked during business hours. The wait is so long and there’s no internet connection available to keep you entertained.

I wish there was a possibility of leaving ZERO stars.
I made an appointment with Dr. Waite in an hour of need. And the entire experience has been emotional and terrible.
My appointment was set for 11AM. I didn't get taken back to the room until about 11: 45, and wasn't seen until 12: 20! I felt judged based on my appearance and felt immediately brushed off (I'm used to it, I get it a lot. I'm a young female covered in large tattoos all over). Being new to the state, I explained my history to her. Having seen several OBs, (some being the best in California) and all had agreed with my diagnoses which we have been treating for for several years now. I brought up options my previous OBs had given me earlier this year and wanted to discuss the possibilities of starting those treatments. It looked plain on her face that she wasn't listening and didn't believe me.
She brushed everything off and said "Everything seems normal, but lets send some samples to the lab just to rule anything out. " She sent me to take some ultrasounds, which is normal for me. I get ultrasounds done about once a year to check the status of my (diagnosed by SEVERAL OBs) PCOS.
After worrying for over a week (I was told 3-5 days for results, I ended up waiting about 10 business days) I had to call her office several times to get my results. The first few times, I got "We don't have them". So I called the imaging place and they confirmed the date in which they sent them over (a week prior). I called and called until finally I got an answer. I got an answer through the receptionist! I got "You're fine! There's nothing wrong! " Umm.excuse me? My previous doctor had checked just a few months prior and I was full of cysts, and there was even one she wanted to keep an eye on. But according to this doctor, my PCOS and suspected Endometriosis (I say suspected since I have yet been able to do the laparoscopy to confirm) magically disappeared. Incurable issues cured themselves! But I still have ALL the symptoms and sufferings.
The last cherry on top was that I have tried contacting them about billing. They can't help me and the one person who has access is only there 1 day out of the week? Followed by them hanging up on me while I was still speaking.
I have seen a lot of rotten doctors, and a ton of great ones. But Dr Waite and her staff are by far the worst!

Dr Waite and her staff are awesome! I was in a week ago for my well woman exam and they were just great! They were short staffed and I still didn’t have to wait long. The MA that was there was very kind and friendly. The dr made me feel very at ease, they made nice conversation, and it helped me feel less nervous. I would recommend this dr 100% she is awesome
