8Excellent job. I don't think there was one broken item. The guys worked their buttsoff. The only problem was one of the main boxes for the apartment was put into the very ba k of the storage are.
No stress. A price was given and they stuck to it. The movers were super careful with our belongings, got everything there and in one piece, and were great people. All good.
Packers were very thorough and took extreme care with delicate items. Loaders very very quick. Delivery of goods was timely and efficient.
Positive experience from quote to delivery. The crew that came to pack and load was courteous and very professional. The driver that delivered our belongings was also terrific. We highly recommend this company and its service.
David was great when he came to quote. The crew to pick up was phenomenal. The drop off crew however was horrible. Instructions to not breakdown certain items was not followed. They damaged a buffet/sideboard that I now need to replace. They damaged my dog cage. Bent the wheels right off one side and they tried jamming it through the door and damaged my door and the cage. Wouldn’t stop until I yelled. Horrible drop off experience.
I was told it would be one price. After they picked up my items I was told it would be $2,300 more to get my items because it was more items than the inventory was calculated by the North American van lines employee. They did inventory, I didn’t. Holding my items ransom till I paid more due to their failure to count items correctly is not my problem. They even accused me of sneaking in items from my in-laws house, which basically called me a liar and dishonest. Finally after threats, promises to report them to the BBB and legal threats, they decided to drop the extra costs and deliver my items to my new house. I would recommend hiring a different reputable company instead of North American Van Lines. You will have a better experience. I can say out of the 5 times that I have moved in my life, this was absolutely the worst experience ever
