TL;DR - complete daylight robbery prices that aren’t obviously displayed - use the city parking lots.

Don’t normally post reviews, but in this case people need to take note. Just checked my bank to discover that I was charged $50 for parking for one afternoon - no obvious signage and funnily enough, the ‘Hourly Rates’ page on the website displayed a 404 error message.

$49.50 for 4 hours 20 minutes of parking? Are you kidding me? Outrageous. No obvious signs with pricing or information for the consumer. Awful awful awful. They are so shady the don’t even put a contact number or contact information on the receipt.

BEWARE! STAY AWAY! SO MAD! SO SAD & AGGRAVATED! We have vacationed in this area since 2014, we have ALWAYS parked in this garage! It has always been CHEAP maybe $3 or so an hour. We just left after parking for 5 hours and was charged $50! I am in TOTAL SHOCK! This is awful to do to people!

$8.80 per hour today. Impossible to see sign. Plenty of 2 to $3 per hour provided by local government (At least the money goes to the ones taken care of the area)

DO NOT PARK HERE! It’s a HUGE SCAM! They list no fees anywhere and we parked for 4 hours and we were charged $50! Outrageous.

Use this parking garage previously at about 3.50 an hour then went again on a Sunday and they charged 19.80 for 1 1/2 hour with no posting of price. DO NOT USE, THEY CHANGE PROICE WITHOUT NOTIFIYING PEOPLE ENTHERING GARAGE. Use public parking only)!

Tourist friends and locals, do not enter this parking lot because you will regret it, the costs are very high. For 2 hours and a few minutes pay almost $27, they do not put the fees at the entrance, the county must take action with these companies that scare away tourism

This place is a huge rip off. The first red flag is not having rates posted anywhere (including their website). Then, I paid nearly $45 for 2.5 hours. Never going back there, it really made a turn for the worst.

Only giving one star because I have to. Parking rate used to be great $3-$7 an hour, they no longer have an hourly rate and they’re farther from the beach than all the other parking. They charge 27-$30 all day even if you are only there for a few hours like most people are. Would highly recommend you park literally ANYWHERE else. This garage is not it anymore. You can’t really see the pricing when you pull in, it’s not posted anywhere except in a screen you can’t really see. Definitely went downhill.

We parked here on a Sunday and were charged $10 an HOUR and alike previous reviews, there were no signs that indicated the price gauge. The easy solution is to take me to one of these fine restaurants around the corner because I like to be wined and dined before I'm F'D.

Please don't park in the North Beach parking plaza on Clearwater Beach (poinsettia entry). We parked for 1 hr for dinner and had to pay $38.50 when exiting the gate. I'm still upset getting scammed. Be careful and park somewhere else.

DO NOT PARK HERE. 50$ for FOUR HOURS. I don't know who's running this place now but less than a year ago I could park here all day for 12$ to 20$, this is a SUCKER'S bet, no signs now whatsoever telling current price.

From the flight. $29.00 US for a few hours which represents nearly $40.00 CA. Indeed, the price panel is confusing.we pay for a whole day even if it's for the time of a walk near the beach and a quick dinner in a restaurant.so what is the price for? Indicated of $3.00/hour?

AVOID! Popped in to visit for 90 minutes and was charged $38. I did see one sign saying $9.80 an hour which I thought was really steep, but then was dramatically overcharged. No transparency about the cost, and just extortionate, do not use this car park. I complained to the guy on the exit gate - even they looked shocked at the cost of my ticket.

DON'T PARK THERE! My husband and I went to a birthday dinner and parked there.no price shown but we thought "can't be so much " Oh, how wrong we were. $ 38,50 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. How can they sleep at night, knowing that they ripped off so many people each day? Even on the airport you don't pay that much. Never ever again!

DO NOT PARK HERE! This place is a ripoff! There is no sign before entry stating that the parking rate is $30 plus tax, bringing it to $33. Any other parking garage has prices stated before entry and I can assure you it is an hourly rate of no more than $10 (but usually around $7). This garage has you pull in to the ticket booth, then you see the sign of the price, but have NO CHOICE but to move forward because you can’t reverse. It is misleading and the Better Business Bureau should investigate this fraudulent company!

I would say dont park here just for a quick lunch.parking was
