North Florida Medical - Crestview - Dental Services

My appt was at 2: 30. Got there at 2: 15 and they wouldn’t see me bc I should have been there by 2. That was never said at any time. We had been stuck in traffic. Left niceville at 1: 30 bc I knew I would have new patient paperwork. Never will go back. They were rude and definitely a waste of my time.

Update: This was a rash review: although I was upset my pain wasn’t being heard when I did get into the office the staff was nothing but absolutely amazing and extremely friendly. Every single one of them.

Original Review: I don’t understand. I called in the morning almost 2 months ago and was told I have to call Tuesday’s at 3 we’re about 8 weeks in and I am still being told to call back next Tuesday at 3PM week after week. I don’t know if it’s the lack of dental services available in a city as big of crestview, the unwillingness for providers to take Medicaid, or just the fact that Florida healthcare is ridiculous. At this point I’ve gone from mild tooth pain to distracting and restlessness. Now I’m being told to start calling back in at 8AM and pray for an open spot as if I don’t have a job and can just stop whatever I am doing any which day of the week. Customer care is lacking but slowly I’m getting used the monopoly type system here in Crestview where you have to do what they want or you get nothing, even though I’m clearly also getting nothing. PS. I do also have private insurance as a primary but apparently nobody takes that either.

Had the same horrible experience about 6 month ago. So I gave up delt with the pain until my tooth finally fell out. I thought it was over but I still have have of the root in my gums & now an infection! Thanks to the lack of dentists that are willing to take Medicaid. Now I’m back looking for a dentist that will resolve this problem so I don’t die from a complicated infection! Wish me luck

My appointment was scheduled for 2: 30 and I arrived at the appointed time only to be told that I couldn't be seen because I did not arrive at 2: 00. All the notices they sent via email and text specifically said 2: 30 and said nothing about 2: 00. If you need someone there at two why schedule them for 2: 30?

This was the worst experience I’ve had they put my information in wrong and made me wait 30mins with my newborn before letting me know unfortunately they couldn’t see me after making an appointment 2months ago because they were booked and the system said I cancelled when I never received any notice because they didn’t put the right number in

Dr. Laite is my favorite Dentist of all time! She works like an Olympian, making sure that her diligence in her work is shown through her Patient’s smiles. She is kind, helpful, thorough and I can’t say enough! By far, THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE I have ever had to work on my teeth. The Dental Assistants, Allison & Kourtney are very skilled and through and they all seem to have such great work energy together in the whole team at Crestview Dental. Thanks again, Dr. Laite and Allison for such great work on teeth today. I truly hope you both know y’all are appreciated! Truly grateful! Thank you to the nice ladies up front in the office area as well. I am so happy with Crestview Dental, especially Dr. Laite!

This place is a joke waited 2.5 hr to get check by her just to to look at my mouth, and say ok have a great weekend that it, 2 week later i get this mouth was from her office made my eyes to see yellowed spot on the wall and on my clothes just got eyes lazzer surgery just made it worst with this mouth wash, hell i even took a nap on that chair never again will i go there got at 3pm left there around 4: 30pm on Friday

Call back tomorrow to schedule a pain appointment. Called and not one person answered from 8am until 8: 43 while I waited on the line.
